SSC New Exam Calendar 2023 has been released by the Commission. The Staff Selection Commission postponed the SSC MTS and CGL 2023 exam by one month from the dates proposed in the official SSC exam calendar 2023. The Commission released new exam dates for the SSC MTS Tier 1 and SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exams. The Commission was expected to delay the SSC MTS 2023 exam because the applications were closed on February 24 and the Commission did not release the exam dates. The Commission released the SSC exam calendar on December 30, 2022 notifying all the important SSC dates for the year 2023. The Commission is releasing all its notifications as per the SSC exam calendar 2023.
SSC Exam Calendar 2023
SSC Exam Calendar 2023 (New): The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC new exam calendar 2023 on March 29. The Commission revised the SSC MTS 2023 and SSC CGL 2023 exam dates and postponed the exam by one month. The SSC MTS 2023 exam was scheduled to be conducted in April but it will be conducted in two phases instead of one. The SSC MTS 2023 (Phase 1) exam will be conducted from May 2 to 19 and phase 2 of the SSC MTS 2023 exam will be conducted from June 13 to 20. It is expected that this is done to accommodate the higher number of SSC MTS 2023 applications and the prior engagements of the available exam centres.
SSC CGL 2023 exam will be conducted from July 14 to 27 in a single phase. This exam was expected in June-July 2023. The Commission released all the SSC application dates and the tentative exam dates in the SSC Exam calendar released online on December 30, 2022. The Commission released the application and tentative exam months in the official exam calendar which was followed by the Commission till March. The Commission released new exam dates delaying the SSC MTS and SSC CGL exam by one month.
The SSC CGL 2024 notification was released online. The last date to apply online was July 24, 2024. The SSC CGL applications was also start with the release of official notification. The Commission released the SSC CGL 2024 notification pdf online only. The SSC CGL 2024 exam will be conducted from September 09 to 26, 2024. The Commission will release the official answer key (tentative) within a week of the exam. The candidates will be required to send the objections against the incorrect answers.
As per the official exam calendar, the SSC CHSL 2025 Tier 1 exam will be conducted from September 8 to 18, 2025. The SSC CHSL exam is conducted online across the nation at the designated exam centres. Candidates need to select three exam cities while filling out the application as per their preference. All three selected examination centres should fall within the same region.
The SSC exam calendar is equally important for all the State Public Service Commissions and the state recruitment bodies because they can not conduct their exam on the dates when the SSC will be conducting the exam. The other clause here is that the state recruitment agencies can conduct their exam on the SSC exam date if the eligibility criteria are different for both exams. The state recruitment bodies are required to make their exam schedule in a manner that their exam date does not clash with the UPSC exam dates and SSC exam dates because they both are Central recruitment agencies and their exam is conducted at the pan-India level.

SSC CHSL 2023 Exam Dates
The SSC CHSL 2022 Tier 1 exam will be conducted on June 26. The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the SSC CHSL form 2023 on May 9. The last date to apply online for the SSC CHSL 2023 exam will be June 8, 2023. The Commission will provide over one month to apply online for the exam. The SSC CHSL 2023 exam is expected to be conducted in July-August 2023.
SSC GD Exam Dates
The Commission conducted the SSC GD 2023 exam from January 10 to February 14. The Commission is expected to release the SSC GD result 2023 soon. After the declaration of result, the Commission is expected to release the SSC GD PET/PST dates and accordingly, the CRPF will release the SSC GD PET/PST admit card.
SSC JE Exam Dates
The SSC JE 2023 result is expected to be released soon. The Commission conducted the SSC JE paper 2 in February and the Commission is yet to release the SSC JE paper 2 result. The SSC JE exam was conducted online from November 14 to 16, 2022. The Commission released the SSC JE paper 1 result on January 18. The Commission has already released the SSC JE paper 1 answer key on November 22, 2022.
SSC CPO Exam Dates
The Commission released the SSC CPO Tier 2 exam date on March 29. The SSC CPO Tier 2 2022 will be conducted on May 2, 2023. The Commission released the SSC CPO result 2022 on March 24, 2023.
SSC JHT Exam Dates
