My painful college experience.
Placements: For placements, our college is good. Companies come to my college from March to April. It doesn't provide 100% placements. They will debar some students from placement drives if they do silly things. This is how our college is going. We are scared even to talk in class.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, the college is decent. The block which I am studying or my classes are going on is decent. Other blocks like D Block are good. It has many facilities. Basically, D Block is made for foreign students and specialisation students. The hostel is good. The mess food is decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are not very good. They just come to read PPTs and go. Some of them don't even know how to teach programming languages. They teach us subjects which are not of any use. They teach us banking and commerce in bachelors of engineering.
Other: There is so much crowd in my college. College life is so boring. Classes start from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. After that, most of the students get exhausted and go to their flats, PGs, and homes. According to me, college and life both are so boring.

If you don't have a government college then find the best private college.
Placements: The highest package is around 1 crore, and the lowest is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Wipro, etc., come for recruitment. All roles are available except medical. Students got 80% internship and 70% placement.
Infrastructure: There is no doubt that the infrastructure of CU is fabulous because of its design and architecture. Hostels are way better than expected. Food is good, and the environment is pleasant. Overall, up to the mark. You will definitely enjoy the company of your roommates and learn different things by living together, which helps you grow.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very helpful in nature. In some cases, you don't feel like the curriculum is good according to the course, but somehow it's good too. Semester exams are on the neutral side, not tough, not easy. I never get discriminated against as an outsider, instead, the staff of CU helps me a lot in various fields in which I need help. My personal advice for you guys is to never conflict with someone. Faculty members are typically experts in their fields and are dedicated to providing quality education and guidance to students.
Other: I chose this course because it has better placement companies. Absolutely, it will help a lot to achieve my goal. CU is famous for fests and crowds. Here, lots of students come together from different cultures to take part in unity. You will definitely enjoy campus life here.

Genuine review of Chandigarh university.
Placements: In my batch, approximately 6.5k students are there, including CS and IT. And more than 90% of students are placed. The average package we can say is 6 lpa, and the highest package is 20 lpa in my batch. Most of the roles offered are analysis, BDE, sales executive, and development roles, which have a low rate.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good at the college; the entire campus is covered by Wi-Fi but not for students; it is only for faculty. But if we talk about libraries, it is too good, even though they also provide bags to sit in. The college infrastructure is awesome—lots of parks and sitting areas. At every 10 meters, you will find canteens in colleges and brands like Domino's, subways and many more. You are in Chandigarh so food quality will never be compromised. Hostel food was average. If I talk about medical facilities, if you even have head paint, an ambulance will come to pick you up from the hospital.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they are always available for you. Even if you want to do extra work in the coding research or startup fields, they are always available for you. Semester exams difficulty level is average; you can pass by studying overnight before the exam. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into the development field and by taking it, I achieved it. Scholarship: Many scholarship options are available, like 12th grade based on their entrance exam score. It will go up to 75% of tuition. Every month, events, fests, DJ nights, and organized celebrities come to college every month, even twice a month. Lots of extra activity is there and campus is too crowded because college strength is higher than 30k.

Absolutely satisfied by campus and faculty and placements in 2023, really good maintained.
Placements: I thank you to my college because placement is more than 90 percent, which means only 10 percent of students are left, but if they have the proper skills that the college has tried to give them, they also get the placement. The highest package is INR 54.75 LPA, and the average package is INR 9.54 LPA in 2023.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well maintained, clean, fresh, and air-conditioned. And in our course, all classrooms are well maintained with the proper facilities like projectors, and outside every class there is a dustbin for garbage. All labs are air-conditioned, and in the college, medical facilities are separate—a special dispensary for students and faculty. And the quality of the food is not bad—not good—but okay.
Faculty: Some faculty are understanding, which means they always try to help the students. If you ask more than three times, they also talk to you politely and make you understand the topic, and if you have urgent work, you can talk. They also give you your attendance.

Really good Infrastructure, faculty members and facilities.
Placements: The placements record of Chandigarh University is also good. As I have known the record of the placement of Chandigarh university is also so good. The placement record of the senior is well till now. The students are being placed in the top MNCs and other good companies.
Infrastructure: I liked the infrastructure of the college. The classroom and Labs are well managed. The facilities provided by the university are also good. The thing I liked about the university is the infrastructure. The classroom is well-settled. The labs of the CU are also good.
Faculty: The faculty at Chandigarh University is helpful. The faculty always helps in the time of need. The faculty at Chandigarh university is also so friendly that they never let you feel you are away from your home. The faculty understand you problems and they look for the possible solutions.
