Best Placements with Best campus life in the whole North India.

Placements: Upon completion of our studies, nearly 40% of the students in my batch successfully secured placements. The salary range varied, with the highest offer being 30 lacs and the lowest offer being 8 lacs. Yamaha and Kitty Read Company emerged as the top recruiters, offering roles in computer and mechanical analysis.

Infrastructure: Our college offers a wide range of amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi access. The labs are equipped with air conditioning for practical sessions, and the classrooms are equipped with projectors for students to utilize during their free time. However, in my opinion, the condition of the hostels was not satisfactory, and the quality of the food provided was subpar.

Faculty: The teachers in all departments were both supportive and highly skilled, showing genuine concern for each student's progress and ensuring that they achieved good grades in every subject. The course curriculum was meticulously designed, equipping us not only for our current jobs but also preparing us for further studies in engineering at the Masters level.

Other: According to me, this college has the best campus life and college life you need to see once.

Placements: I am impressed with the placement opportunities available. Top companies like, and siemens recruits students every year and the average salary package is around 6 LPA. So as a result all students are able for good placements.

Infrastructure: The hostels at Chandigarh university are well - maintained and offer a variety of amenities, including wi-fi, laundary, facilities, and common areas for students to relax and socialize. So the infrastructure of our course and hostel is very good for students.

Faculty: The faculty of the Mechatronics department are very supportive and passionate about teaching and are always looking for new and innovative ways to engage students. They are very attentive and very nice. All do their work with proper attention and dedication.

The overall college is good for average and above-average students.

Placements: My course is a unique one in India, because not many people choose it. Yet, Chandigarh University has some good faculty. Regarding placements, my branch seniors have got some offers. The companies, Bosch, and some automobile companies are good options for our branch. The basic package is 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The hostel is good and has all the necessary things. Yes, the food is good. I am telling this, as I am a South Indian from Andhra Pradesh, and I manage well with the food they offer. If there's any problem with the food, we can always get food from outside through online booking. Coming to the college, the labs and classrooms are nice, but students can only access the internet on college-provided computers in labs.

Faculty: The curriculum is good compared to some autonomous or other branded universities. The exams are a bit complicated here. The exams are held every two weeks, which is a bit difficult to keep up with. This makes the pass percentage in midterms a bit lower compared to end-semester exams.

I am satisfied with the placements in top companies and amazing infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 85% of students got placed at Chandigarh University with the highest salary package of 45 LPA. Many companies like Google are coming for placements. Almost 75% of students got internships in reputed companies. In our course, we get role of mechatronics engineer, automation engineer, industrial automation worker, robotic scientist, and many more.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities like the 3D design lab, automation lab, and mechanical lab where we work on real-time projects. The hostels are also well cleaned and hygienic. The mess food has something new every day on their menu. There is also a gym. There are many sports and games to play.

Faculty: Teachers help a lot in clearing all our doubts. The course curriculum is very relevant to our field. The semester exams are a little tough but it varies from person to person. The pass percentage is around 50%. Right now, we have both online/offline exams. So according to that, it varies.

Chandigarh University only deals with the grades of class 12th. So for a student to be qualifying for an admission in Chandigarh University he should have a minimum 60 percentage in 10+2 or any equivalent exam.
