Low cost, good infrastructure, good placement, friendly faculties, a bit costly food.
Placements: In our department, 90% of students get placed, and the maximum package is 14 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCE, Galaxy Surfactant, and Hindustan Unilever. Top roles offered are process engineer, sales manager, and graduate engineer trainee.
Infrastructure: WiFi has been set up in libraries, and the network is good on campus. Classrooms are well furnished, labs have all the required equipments and apparatus. The facilities are quite good, with good food, Wi-Fi that is 24/7, and cleanliness that is not proper. There are gyms and food shops.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, friendly, and well-qualified. They provide PPTs and notes before exams. This course makes us fit for industrial companies. The semester exams are quite moderate, and questions come from what has been taught. The pass percentage is what the topper had scored according to that, it is being calculated.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in chemistry and in knowing new technologies. Chemical engineering provides a broad view of multiple subjects, which makes it a tough subject. The course should be more advanced if we look into the syllabus. There are multiple events organised every month, and there are crazy crowds. A lot of activities are conducted from each department, so we never get bored easily.

It is a good college that provides good placements.
Placements: No student got placed from campus. In our college, they offer a course for placement drives called TPP classes. There are only CSE-related companies. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus. Internships are not provided. They only give certificates, rather than providing us with any internships.
Infrastructure: There are not many books related to our course in our library. The hostel is good. Air-conditioners are not available in departments.
Faculty: The course curriculum is not relevant. It does not make students industry-ready. They are only giving us bookish knowledge. They are not giving us any opportunity to learn practical skills. They do not provide us with any source to gain such knowledge or experience.
Other: I opted for this course because it is a unique course because now everyone is rushing towards CSE. Everything is good in college because there are international students too.

Our college has great infrastructure with all the facilities and a good campus life.
Placements: Almost 70% of our classmates got placed in good organisations and some of them got placed at Reliance. Almost all students in our class got internships. Many of them are working as executives at various renowned organisations in big cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, etc. The university also provided separate training for placements.
Infrastructure: It had a great infrastructure. It provided all the facilities like Wi-Fi, Ethernet, libraries in every block, etc. It provided good medical facilities. It had 3 ambulances for emergency services. The hostel mess served food of good quality.
Faculty: Faculty members were quite helpful. They encouraged students to apply for patents. They were trained well. Semester exams were of average difficulty. The pass percentage depended on the average percentage of the whole class.
Other: Chandigarh University had good connections with every industry.
