GNAT Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment: Check Dates, Fees & Procedure

Once the result of GNAT is declared, the University will prepare a merit list of shortlisted candidates. These students will further have to attend the counselling session which will be held at GITAM

University, Visakhapatnam campus. Other details will be available on the counselling call letter, downloadable from the official website. 

Documents to be carried:

• Counselling Call Letter issued by GITAM University
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Pass certificate and Statement of marks of Intermediate / 10+2 examination from a recognized Central / State / AISSCE / SSCE/ HSCE / National Institute of Open School or other equivalent Board
• Transfer and Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Recent passport size photograph (6 copies)
• One set of self-attested photo copies of all the certificates
• Physical fitness certificate obtained from Govt. Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Medical Officer
• Identity Proof (Aadhaar card)
