JIIT UGET BSc 2026: Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility, Syllabus, Results

JIIT UGET is the short form for the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Under Graduate Entrance Test. JIIT UGET, is a university-level exam, conducted for BBA and BSc admission to Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Candidates with a 60 per cent aggregate score in 10+2 level exams are eligible for the JIIT UGET exam. As many as 100 MCQs are to be answered from different sections within a time duration of 120 minutes. For BBA exam, 100 MCQs are based on four sections. Whereas for the BSc courses, a total of 90 MCQs are based out of three sections.

Both BBA and BSc courses at JIIT are offered for multiple specialisations; however, the admission process for all the specialisations remains the same.

JIIT UGET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must meet the following eligibility conditions for admission based on JIIT UGET scores:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent exam in 2024, 2026 or appearing in 2026.
• An aspirant needs a minimum aggregate of 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/ST) in Class 12 or equivalent examination.
• Candidates appearing for BCA course must have studied Mathematics or Computer Science as the compulsory subject at 10+2 level.
• Candidates appearing for BSc CS must have completed Class 12 in science stream along with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

The admission process at JIIT for BBA or BSc courses is as follows:

1. Submitting JIIT UGET application form
2. Downloading JIIT UGET admit card
3. Appearing for JIIT UGET exam
4. Release of admission offers via email

Stage 1: JIIT UGET Application Process

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) hosts the JIIT UGET application form online as well as offline. Candidates can apply online for JIIT UGET from the official admission website. The form to be submitted offline can also be downloaded from the official university website. Alternatively, candidates can obtain the JIIT UGET application form from the Admission Cell.

Modes for JIIT UGET Application Form Submission

1. Online form fill-up with application fee to be paid online at getadmissions.com
2. Offline form submission after download from official website; duly-filled form to be submitted along with the Demand Draft for application fee (can be deposited by hand or by post).
3. Offline form submission after obtaining the same from the Admission Cell and paying the fee in the form of a Demand Draft (can be submitted by hand or by post).

Stage 2: Download JIIT UGET Admit Card

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) issues JIIT UGET admit card to all candidates who completed the registration process before the last date. All the candidates who will be issued the admit card for JIIT UGET exam will have to appear for the same as per the allotted exam date. JIIT UGET 2026 admit card is sent to all the applicants via email. Candidates must download the JIIT UGET hall ticket while appearing for the exam.

Stage 4: JIIT UGET 2026 Results

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) selects the candidates for admission based on the merit in the entrance exam. The admission offers are sent to the candidates via email to their registered email ID. Selected candidates have to pay the admission fees as per the admission offer. JIIT does not release the JIIT UGET exam results separately, all selected candidates get the admission offers issued directly.
