IIT Bombay cutoff 2024 was concluded after Round 5 seat allotment results for admission to the BS/ BTech and Integrated BTech courses. The cutoff was released across multiple specialisations for General/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ EWS and PWD categories. As per the IIT Bombay JEE Advanced cutoff 2024, the last-round closing ranks varied between 68 and 7430 for the General AI quota. IIT Bombay Cutoff 2024 For General All India Category 

The IIT Bombay General category cutoff 2024 was released for BTech in CSE, Chemical, Civil and Electrical, among other specialisations for admission. Apart from BTech, the institute also offers BS and Integrated BTech courses. Admission to all these programmes is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Advanced entrance exam, followed by JoSAA counselling rounds. Considering the last-round cutoff, IIT Bombay CSE cutoff 2024 has the lowest closing rank of 68 for the General AII India category students. The second most desirable course among the Engineering aspirants was Electrical Engineering, with a closing rank of 496. IIT Bombay Cutoff 2024 For OBC All India Category 

Among the OBC category students, the JEE Advanced last-round cutoff 2024 was 50 for CSE, which was comparatively tougher to get admission at as compared to the General AI quota. For the General category, the closing cutoff was 68. Candidates who want to get into IIT Bombay irrespective of any course choice can also consider less competitive BTech specialisations such as Electrical Engineering and Integrated B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering + M.Tech. in Microelectronics. The Jee Advanced closing ranks for both these courses were 325 and 571, respectively, for the students belonging to the OBC category in the AI quota. For the SC category, the JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff ranged between 50 and 3256 in the first round. During the last round, the closing ranks varied between 50 and 3506. So, considering both rounds, the most in-demand course was CSE, followed by Electrical Engineering and Integrated B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering + M.Tech. in Microelectronics. As per the last-round cutoff 2024, the closing rank for CSE was 50. For Electrical and Integrated B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering + M.Tech. in Microelectronics courses, the cutoff closed at 325 and 571, respectively.
