Indian Talent Olympiad Exam Pattern 2026: Exam Mode
ITO 2022-23 will be conducted in two formats— Online and Offline. Students participating individually need to follow the online exam dates of slot-1 and slot-2. Schools can select between online and offline modes of exam and can follow the dates accordingly.
1. Students can take tests between 10 am and 5 pm on the particular test date
2. Test Duration 25 Minutes per Test
3. Test Questions 30 Format -MCQ
For classes 1 to 4, there are 35 questions, and for classes 5 to 10, there are 50 questions. Refer to the table below to learn the marks allocation.

Online Mode
During the online exam, the audio of the students will be recorded along with the video. There will be eyeball recognition and the image of the students will also be captured. Apart from that, multi-browser detection will be enabled to avoid any unfair means.
The students' report copy will be sent to the schools. A student will also be allowed to retake the exam, in case of persistent network issues.
