Indian Talent Olympiad 2025-26: The registration process for the Indian Talent Olympiad 2025-26 has started on its official website at indiantalent.org. Students from Class 1 to 10 can register either on their own or through their schools to take part in the Olympiad exams for this academic year. There are separate exam dates for online and offline modes. Students registering individually must follow the online exam schedule, which is divided into two slots, slot 1 and slot 2. Schools have the option to choose between online and offline exams.

For the 2025-26 session, the last date for school registrations is September 15, 2025, while the final date for individual student registration is October 25, 2025. The online Indian Talent Olympiad exams (Round 1) are scheduled to start from December 1 to 9, 2025 (Slot 1) and January 5 to 13, 2026 (Slot 2). Schools opting for offline exams will need to conduct the first round starting from November 17 to 22, 2025.

About ITO

Established in 2012, the Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO) is one of the leading Olympiad organisations in the country. It organises some of the major Olympiad exams in the country. These are scholarship exams that include the topics of the school board syllabus. The organisation is associated with over 33,175 schools with a network of over one crore students. The main aim of conducting Olympiads in India is to prepare the students mentally to take up the challenges and promote the learning skills in the subjects they want to excel in. The Indian Talent Olympiad exams are conducted in the months of December and February, every year. The Olympiad is associated with 33,175+ schools. It has reached a network of 1 crore + students. It recognizes 2,00,000+ class toppers and has granted over 7,000 scholarships.

About the Olympiad exams

International Science Olympiad (ISO)

The Science Olympiad exam is based on applied science. It tests students on different topics of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This exam has two levels.

International Maths Olympiad (IMO)

The Maths Olympiad is conducted in various schools across India. It is open for students from class 1 to class 10. All questions asked in these exams are MCQs. It forms a base for students to score well in their academics. For this exam, students can register through their respective schools or take part individually.

English International Olympiad (EIO)

Students from different schools across the country can participate in this olympiad. The test consists of knowledge and competence in the English language. The exam is open for students from class 1 to 10.

International Computer Olympiad (ICO) or Cyber Olympiad

Students from classes 1 to 10 can participate in ICO. The Olympiad has also several other names such as Cyber Olympiad, Informatics Olympiad, and Digital Olympiad. It is aimed at training young minds and preparing them for the future.

International Drawing Olympiad (IDO)

Drawing Competition is open for students from classes 1 to 10 to maintain a balance between academics and co-curricular activities. 

National Essay Olympiad (NESO)

This exam allows students to test their language skills. It encourages story-telling thus making it more interesting.

General Knowledge International Olympiad (GKIO)

It tests student’s General Knowledge in different aspects including environment, science & technology, geography, history, plants & animals, entertainment, life skills, language & literature, transport, sports, civics, politics, among other topics. GK Olympiad focuses on the overall development of children.

National Social Studies Olympiad (NSSO)

It tests students’ knowledge of subjects including History, Geography and Civics. It is conducted by Indian Talent Olympiad at National Level once in a year. The exam is conducted within school premises.

International Spell E Olympiad (ISEO)

Students are asked to spell different words as per their age group. The difficulty level increases for students studying in higher classes. The questions are based on word analysis, general knowledge and phonetics. It tests their existing knowledge of words by emphasizing on phrases, idioms, etc.

National Kindergarten Drawing Olympiad (NKDO)

In this Olympiad exam, students of Kindergarten have to showcase their drawing skills, as asked.

National Kindergarten Handwriting Olympiad (NKHO)

The newly-introduced Olympiad exam is for the students of Kindergarten. The students are given a copy-writing test. They have to copy the same in cursive or simple letters. The answer sheets are judged on spacing, size, shape, slant and neatness. The best answer sheets are awarded.

Indian Talent Olympiad 2025-26 Syllabus

The Olympiad exams are conducted at national and international level for State boards, International boards including CBSE, ICSE boards for classes 1 to 10. Students have to refer to their specific board patterns. Besides, they can also refer to the Olympiad books provided by Indian Talent Olympiad as well as the previous years' question papers. All the eligible students must go through the Indian Talent Olympiad Syllabus for detailed information regarding the same.

Indian Talent Olympiad Pattern

The Olympiad exam duration is 65 minutes. There will be two sections in each question paper for every class. The ITO will be conducted in both offline and online modes. All the interested students must go through the ITO 2026 exam pattern to familiarise themselves with the Olympiad exam and get an insight into the type of questions asked in the Olympiad exam 2025-26.

The ITO Result 2025-26 will be released in February/March 2026. The ITO 2025-26 result will be announced on the official website. Students will be able to check their results by entering their respective roll numbers. Once declared online, students can check their ITO result at https://www.indiantalent.org/olympiad-results.
