NBSE or Nagaland Board of School Education is a state agency of Nagaland and is responsible for conducting the HSLC (Class X) examination in the state. The subjects of the NBSE HSLC exam 2026 are English, Language II, Science, Social Science, and Maths. The Sixth subject could be Home Science or FIT or music or Bookkeeping or Environmental education and internally assessed subjects that include Physical and Health Education and Work and Art Education. The exams for the first five subjects are conducted for 80 marks.
