The application is for admission to B.Des and BFA courses offered at constituent colleges of Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University. Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for their chosen program can apply for ADCET 2023 following the application link given below. The ADCET 2023 application fee for the open category is INR 1000.
Candidates seeking admission to the B. Des and M.Des course also need to take the Creative Ability Test CAT written exam, in addition to the GAT. The CAT exam will be conducted in an offline, pen-pencil mode. CAT will be a drawing-based exam of 3 hours duration. The CAT will evaluate various skills of the candidate including Intuition skill, power of observation, innovation in the development of a concept as well as design ability. Further, it will examine the creative as well as innovative use of color and illustration skills of aspirants. It is mandatory for B. Des and M.Des candidates to appear in the CAT paper, or else they will not be invited for the Situation Test.

ADCET Application Form 2023
The application form for ADCET 2023 opened on April 21, 2023. The candidate has the option to apply for ADCET 2023 with or without late fees. Without late fees, the application form can be submitted up to May 20, 2023.
With the 1st late fees, applications will be accepted up to May 25. Meanwhile, the last date to submit applications with 2nd late fees is May 28, 2023.
How to apply for ADCET 2023
- Go to the ADCET admission portal and click on the application link
- The candidate has to first pay the application fees
- After payment of the fees, the candidate has to fill in the rest of the application form
- Enter the center name and center code
- Upload documents as per the given specifications
- Submit the application form
- Take a printout of the completed application form.

ADCET Eligibility Criteria 2023
Before applying for admission, candidates are urged to carefully go through the eligibility criteria given in the table below.
As per the official exam pattern released by NIFT, the question paper for GAT M.FTech will be of 180 minutes. The exam will be conducted in a LAN-based, CBT mode. The GAT paper will have 150 multiple-choice questions. These questions will be asked from - Communication Ability and Comprehension, Case Study, Quantitative Ability, Analytical & Logical Ability, and GK and Current Affairs. Also, the GAT paper will be bilingual, meaning the candidate can appear in the GAT paper either in English or Hindi language. The choice of language has to be made when filling out the NIFT 2024 online application form.

ADCET Reservation 2023
Among the seats sanctioned in each course, 85% of the seats are earmarked for reserved categories of local (L) candidates who belong to all 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh while 15% of the seats are given to local and non-local candidates (L/NL) on merit.

ADCET 2023 Result
The result of ADCET 2023 will be declared within a few days of the conduct of the entrance exam. The results would be declared online in the form of rank cards that can be downloaded from the university website by entering one’s candidate credentials.
Candidates will be allocated ADCET-2023 test-wise merit ranks as per the marks scored by them in the exam.
Note that there will be no provision to reevaluate the ADCET 2023 results or personal verification of the answer sheet.
ADCET 2023 Merit Rank - Tie-breaking procedure
If two or more candidates secure the same marks in the exam, the merit rank will be decided on the basis of the date of birth of the candidate with priority to the older candidate.
