Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is all set to conduct COMEDK UGET 2021 online exam on September 14 in around 300 exam centres across India. The exam was earlier postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. To appear in COMEDK UGET 2021, candidates must follow COMEDK UGET 2021 exam day guidelines as set by the authority. Due to COVID-19 outbreak, there are some protocols and COVID-19 precautionary measures that the authority has set to be followed by everyone present in the examination centre. Social distancing will be followed throughout the examination. Below are the complete guidelines about dos and don'ts on COMEDK UGET 2021 exam day and COVID-19 safety measures.

Things allowed inside COMEDK UGET 2021 exam centre
- A printed copy of COMEDK UGET 2021 Admit Card/Test Admission Ticket (TAT)
- Original id proof as mentioned in COMEDK UGET 2021 application form
- Recent passport size colour photograph
- Pencil will be allowed for rough work
- Candidates must bring and wear your own face mask throughout the exam process
- Aspirants must bring and wear hand gloves throughout the exam process
- Only transparent water bottle will be allowed inside the COMEDK UGET exam centre
- Bring personal hand sanitizer (max. 50ml) for hygiene and safety purposes
Things not allowed inside COMEDK UGET 2021 exam centre
- Candidates will not be allowed inside the exam hall without the admit card
- Any personal devices viz. The computational device, Bluetooth device, electronic gadgets etc are strictly prohibited
- Mobile phone is only allowed until the entry gate to show the Arogya Setu dashboard
- Any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers etc. are strictly prohibited

COVID-19 Protocols
- Reporting time sent to candidates via SMS a day prior to exam
- Security Guard outside the gate wears a mask, gloves and face shield at all times
Entry at the exam centre
- Security guard ensures that all candidates follow the below guidelines during Entry:
- Ensure staggered entry is followed as per the time slots of 15 mins each.
- Candidates stand in a queue on the floor marks outside the gate
- Candidates should wear a mask and maintain a safe distance between each other
- Candidates do not overcrowd outside the gate
- Candidates keep the documents ready for verification
- Sanitization of candidates’ hands after entering the venue
- Parents/Guardians dropping the child are requested not to crowd at exam gate or outside the venue
Checks at Gate Entrance
Guard wears mask, gloves & face shield and checks the following:
- Candidate’s Body Temperature using a Thermo gun (Temperature should be below 99.14 degrees Fahrenheit to be allowed inside the venue)
- Candidate’s status in Aarogya Setu App (Declaration on TAT to be provided if Aarogya Setu App is not available)
- Exam-related documents (Test Admission Ticket, Original ID proof,2 Passport size photograph)

- Candidates place all the prohibited items in the baggage area and carry below items to the lab: Mask, Gloves, Pencil, Personal Hand Sanitizer bottle (50 ml), Personal transparent water bottle
- Exam-related documents (Test Admission Ticket(TAT) ,Original ID proof, 2 Passport size photograph)
Allocation of Candidates in Exam Hall
- Candidates are allocated seat with social distancing norms
- Sanitization of Exam-Labs (Chairs, Floors, Keyboards, Mouse, Systems & Desks) will be done before and after each shift
