There is still a day left with the candidates before the exam. On this day candidates must try to avoid study anything new. They must take complete rest and put all the things required for the exam the next day.
Along with the study, candidates must also take care of their physical and mental health. During such long hours of study, they must take short breaks and have some sort of physical activity to avoid any kind of stress on the brain and eyes. The blood circulation due to physical activity will keep the candidates energised to continue the studies. They must keep themselves away from any kind of screen (smartphone, tablet and laptop). They must also be conscious of their food. It must have a nutritious value so that the body doesn’t feel exhausted. It is expected that these tips will help the candidates to score well in the BITSAT 2020.
