How to Prepare for BITSAT in 30 Days

BITSAT 2020 will be conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science on August 06 to 10, 2020With only around a month left, candidates can prepare well for the BITSAT with good revision. Though it seems a bit challenging, but by following the study plan below and dedicated hard work, candidates can prepare well to perform well in the BITSAT 2020.

If candidates followed the study plan as instructed, they can make short notes, revise the syllabus and remember the important formulas within 30 days are enough to. The aspirants must note that the 30-day preparation helps in revising the syllabus and learning new concepts may be challenging due to the lack of time.

Dividing the syllabus

Before starting the preparation for BITSAT 2020, it is important to divide the syllabus subject wise. It will help students to identify the number of chapters to be revised/studied from each subject. The following table comprises the subject-wise number of chapters (tentative):

By completing 21 chapters in a week, candidates will be able to complete the entire syllabus within three weeks. But, they must not be happy with it. They must allot time for revision, taking mock tests and last minute revision to have a stronghold on all the three subjects. The plan for this can be referred from the table below:

There is still a day left with the candidates before the exam. On this day candidates must try to avoid study anything new. They must take complete rest and put all the things required for the exam the next day.

Along with the study, candidates must also take care of their physical and mental health. During such long hours of study, they must take short breaks and have some sort of physical activity to avoid any kind of stress on the brain and eyes. The blood circulation due to physical activity will keep the candidates energised to continue the studies. They must keep themselves away from any kind of screen (smartphone, tablet and laptop). They must also be conscious of their food. It must have a nutritious value so that the body doesn’t feel exhausted. It is expected that these tips will help the candidates to score well in the BITSAT 2020.

BITSAT 2026 admit card for session 1 has been issued on April 10 at 10:20 PM. The session 2 hall ticket date is May 20.

BITS, Pilani, conducts the BITSAT exam in two shifts. The timings for the morning session are from 9 AM to 12 PM, and others are from 2 PM to 5 PM in the afternoon session. Candidates can select the BITSAT slot timings using the BITSAT slot booking system.

If students forget to book their BITSAT exam slot, then authorities will automatically allot them from available slots. Once slots are allotted, candidates cannot request authorities to change it. Candidates are advised to complete slot booking themselves.
