JEE Main Result 2020 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Main 2020 exam in January as well as in April. The JEE Main 2020 result and rank list for the April session is expected to be declared by September 10, 2020, whereas the same for the January session was announced on January 17. JEE Main 2020 result - Key Highlights
- Top 2,50,000 candidates who qualify JEE Main will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2020. Last year top 2,40,000 candidates were eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
- Candidates can check their JEE Main 2020 result by entering their application number, date of birth, and security pin.
- Candidates must keep in mind that the NTA will not send JEE main 2020 scorecard/rank card will be sent to the candidates via post. Scorecard will be available online only and can be downloaded from the official website.
- After the announcement of the result, related data will be handed over to CSAB/JoSAA or the concerned State government/institute for counselling, seat allocation, and admission of candidates.
- In JEE Main Result, it will be mentioned that whether the candidate is qualified for JEE Advanced or not subject to meeting other eligibility criteria.
- All India Rank (AIR) of candidates will be used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/SFIs/Others.
- The All India Rank shall be compiled and declared after conducting April JEE Main 2020 Examination.
- Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will hold JEE Main Counselling and Seat Allotment for JEE Main and JEE Advanced candidates after the declaration of JEE Main Result 2020.

Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 3: Enter Application Number and Date of Birth along with the security pin.
Step 4: Click on submit.
Step 5: Download and take a print out of JEE Main result and scorecard for future correspondence.
