WBJEEB will conduct the WBJEE 2025 paper on April 27, 2025. Students have commenced the WBJEE 2025 preparation process to perform well in the entrance examination. However, many students find WBJEE 2025 Paper 1 more difficult to prepare as compared to Paper 2 for the upcoming examination. WBJEE 2025 exam was conducted on April 27, 2025. The exam was held as a pen-and-paper-based test. Students had to attempt the exam for admission into the BTech courses offered by the participating institutes. WBJEE 2025 exam consisted of two papers – Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry). Students had to attempt both papers to be eligible for a WBJEE 2025 rank.
WBJEE 2025 admit card was released on April 17, 2025, online. To download the hall ticket, the candidates had to log in with their required credentials. At the allotted exam centre, the candidates will have to present their admit card along with valid identity proof.
Is WBJEE 2025 Paper 1 more difficult?
Shiksha conducted an online poll to find out if the students found WBJEE 2025 Paper 1 (Mathematics) more difficult to prepare than Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry). As per the poll results, 62% of the participating students agreed that the Mathematics section is more difficult, while 17% of students claimed that both sections are equally difficult to prepare. In the online poll, 15% of the students voted that Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry) was the more difficult section. Meanwhile, 6% of the students agreed that both sections could be managed with proper preparation.
WBJEE 2025 Preparation: Important Topics
To be well prepared for WBJEE 2025, the students can check the subject-wise important topics. From the important topics, the students will be able to know which topics they should focus on to be well-prepared for the exam. However, the students are advised to prepare the entire WBJEE 2025 syllabus to have a higher chance of scoring well in the exam.
