First of all, we have to understand that fear is created by people like us. What will happen when I will not succeed? What will happen if I do not get good marks? What will happen if I do not get my dream college? Most importantly, there are many personal problems that create fear in the students whether my parents will be happy with my decisions or not?
You can’t imagine that most of the suicides happening in India nowadays are because of peer pressure. So, by combining all these fears, the scenario of failure is created in the students. And all these are not in our hand, we don’t have any choice. But we can control our fear to overcome some extent of failure.

If you dedicate at least one hour of your daily routine to spirituality then I am pretty sure, you will start seeing the results. I am not telling you to visit a temple or worship god, don’t go that way. I am telling you to read some spiritual books like Bhagavad Gita, Quran and Bible, etc. Do some meditation because meditation will directly impact the result of fear - failure.
Do you work with full confidence, whether it is related to your study or family matters? Don’t focus on the uncertainties of the results. If you have given any examination, it may be possible that you will get selected then there would be no point of worrying. If not this, there are several examinations which are waiting for you in your life. It may be possible that God has something different for you.
Here are steps you can follow to overcome the fear of failure:-
- Analyse yourself with the current competition.
- Accept the reality don’t put yourself in the illusion.
- Make friends who are real, not fake.
- Don’t take advice from too many people.
- Don’t follow the trend, instead of this make your own trend.
- Choosing your career wisely means studying what you are passionate about.
- Don’t concentrate on the results instead of this concentrate on your work.
- Don’t trap yourself in drug addiction, it will destroy you without telling you.
Lastly, I want to tell you all that the age between 18- 24 is the age where you create yourself or where you destroy yourself. So, be wise and work or study wisely. And it's my advice to everyone that take out some time from your busy schedule and watch the episodes of the Kota Factory ', there you will understand how to deal with failure under this current rigorous scenario.

Yes, students can prepare for the KMAT exam along with the CAT exam. However, CAT is comparatively a difficult MBA exam. The difficulty level of KMAT is easy to moderate, but CAT retains high difficulty levels. Students can use CAT books for KMAT preparation
