If you are confident enough then this advice is for you. Go for long term coaching and focus well and before that note down all the downs (what made you stop) and focus on the first and after clearing all those obstacles, start your preparation for long term.
If needed take coaching for the next time, never ever feel shame for the long term because almost 30-40 percent of NITians and IITians fall under this category only. But remember one thing, you’re investing not only money but also your valuable time which you can’t get back once if you stepped wrong. Think wise and invest your time.
Top colleges one can get with low scores
If you’re an MBA aspirant then this answer would definitely give you an insight for the above-stated question since it happened with me too. If you had scored less in CAT then don’t worry there are many government tier 1 and 2 colleges and universities are there to fulfill your dreams. Among them, one of the best and topmost colleges are NIT Tiruchirappalli and NIT Warangal (where I’m pursuing). If you search the above-stated question on Google, you’ll get the same because even I have searched and got these colleges.
This answer is specific to those who don’t want to drop a year.
How one can apply?
Nowadays the entire process has become online and easier for each and every student. The only thing that a student has to concentrate on is to be aware of the online process starting and closing dates. One can have clarity on this by going through the notification of the previous years and can predict the coming notification dates by using the previous year’s trend.
Is it worth?
To have clarity on this question, I recommend you to go through all the reviews of those colleges from shiksha.com because it is the only place where you can get the genuine reviews from those colleges alumni only.

Yes, CAT exam is MCQ type, meaning there are no subjective type questions wherein you have to write a lot. In CAT every question is to be answered in one word or option. However, all questions don't have MCQ options, some are Type In The Answer (TITA) questions.

Yes, students can prepare for the KMAT exam along with the CAT exam. However, CAT is comparatively a difficult MBA exam. The difficulty level of KMAT is easy to moderate, but CAT retains high difficulty levels. Students can use CAT books for KMAT preparation
