Candidates can find Karnataka PGCET result login link on the official website. CET number helps candidates check the Karnataka PGCET scorecard from the website. No other mode is available for checking PGCET results.
Candidates who pass the Karnataka PGCET exam are eligble to appear for the centralised counselling process to be conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority. Candidates are called for the document verification process based on their ranks in the Karnataka PGCET exam. Candidates are advised to attend the counselling only if they have the required percentage of marks in the qualifying exam (50 per cent for unreserved categories and 45% for reserved categories).
Candidates can check Karnataka PGCET result online through the user account and by entering the PGCET number. The result displays the rank and score of the candidate. MBA admission based on Karnataka PGCET 2025 will be done via the centralised counselling process conducted by KEA. Karnataka PGCET Document Verification
In the past exam sessions, KEA had been conducting a physical document verification round after the PGCET results were released. However, since the previous exam session, KEA conducted the document verification process online. The Karnataka PGCET counselling process started with release of seat matrix, fee structure, followed by downloading the verification slip. Candidates downloading the verification slip had to then participate in the Karnataka PGCET option entry process.
Karnataka PGCET Option Entry
Candidates completing the document verification are eligible to participate in the option entry process. During the option entry rounds, candidates must mark the course and college preferences. Candidates can choose as many options as possible. Options in the server will be frozen on the last day of option entry. Only the frozen options will be considered for the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment process.
Karnataka PGCET Seat Allotment
Soon after the option entry process, KEA releases the seat allotment results. Based on the allotted seats, candidates can choose to accept the allotment and pay the admission fee. Seats will be allotted to candidates based on merit and the priority of options entered by candidates.

In cases where two or more candidates score the same marks in the Karnataka PGCET exam, KEA takes into account a tie-breaking method to assign ranks to the candidates. As per the Karnataka PGCET tie breaking criteria, the total aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying exam will be considered first. Candidate who has higher qualifying marks is given the higher rank in Karnataka PGCET merit list. If the qualifying exam marks are also the same, then the tie-breaking process moves to the candidate's age. Candidate who is older is considered first during the Karnataka PGCET merit rank allotment.
No, there is no provision to re-evaluate/re-check Karnataka PGCET 2023 result. The exam conducting authority will not entertain any correspondence in this regard. Therefore candidates have to accept the scores of the exam as declared by the authority as the final ones. Karnataka PGCET rank list will be used for counselling for the allotment of seats. The scores of Karnatka PGCET are carefully determined by the authorities. There are no chances of errors in it. The exam conducting authorities will then calculate the aggregate marks/scores of the candidates in Karnataka PGCET on the basis of the total marks secured by candidates in each subject.
KEA declares Karnataka PGCET results within a month of the exam date. However, there can be delays in the release of the results due to unforeseen reasons.

Qualifying Karnataka PGCET is compulsory for Karnataka domicile students to get admission in M.Arch in BMS School of Architecture. For others, it is not compulsory and they can get admission based on GATE score or through Management Quota.
