NMIMS LAT 2026: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) conducts the NMIMS LAT exam for admission to B.A. LLB (Hons.) / B.B.A.,LLB (Hons.) (5-year program). It is a computer-based test conducted at various exam centres. Also, the NMIMS Law Aptitude Test is conducted in two phases. Students who wish to appear for the test must focus on the NMIMS LAT exam syllabus for their preparation. The question will be based on general knowledge, verbal, quantitative, logical, and legal reasoning. Students must practice the previous year NMIMS LAT questions to become familiar with the types of questions and know the paper's difficulty level. 

To appear for the NMIMS Law exam, students must fulfil the eligibility conditions. The minimum condition to appear for the NMIMS LAT exam is that the aspirants must have passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 50% marks. Q:   When can I fill NMIMS LAT Application form?

NMIMS LAT application form 2026 has not been released yet. As part of the registration process, the candidates have to schedule their exam that will be conducted in an online, center-based mode within said dates as per the exam slots booked by candidates.  Candidates can fill NMIMS LAT Application Form 2026 in online mode only. 

Q:   Can I fill NMIMS LAT Application Form offline?

The NMIMS LAT application process is completely online. You can fill out the application form by visiting nlat.nmims.edu. Do check the eligibility criteria before hand to avoid rejection at the later stage.

Candidates had to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria in order to appear for NMIMS LAT 2025:

  • Candidates should pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board in any stream with at least 50 per cent aggregate
  • Candidates who have passed Class 12 from International Baccalaureate (IB) board should be either IB certificate/ & DP awarded with minimum 24 total credits having passed 3 HL and 3 SL mandatorily from any stream
  • In case, the marksheet issued by the relevant board is in percentile, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects in which the candidate has appeared will be taken into consideration
  • Candidates who are ungraded/failed in any subject mentioned in the marksheet are not eligible to apply for the exam
  • Candidates appearing for the final Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates will need to fulfil the above criteria within the given stipulated time.

The eligibility criteria of NMIMS LAT are the minimum conditions to appear for the exam. Students who meet all the conditions will be eligible to appear for the NMIMS Law Aptitude Test 2026. Below are the NMIMS eligibility criteria.

Yes, candidates can fill the NMIMS LAT application form in phases. Each step of the NMIMS LAT application form have a 'Save' option using which candidates can save the filled-in information.

In case, candidates wanted to exit and complete the application form next time then they simply have to log in again and continue from where they left. The application process of NMIMS LAT will br considered complete once candidates pay the fee and submit the form. Moreover, candidates can login again and correct their details in the application form of NMIMS LAT as long as the window is open.

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has not opened the NMIMS Law Aptitude Test 2026 (NMIMS-LAT 2026) application process 2026. The NMIMS Law Aptitude Test (LAT) exam is conducted in multiple slots in online mode for law admissions into its seven campuses in India. 

Q:   Can I change my exam centre after NMIMS LAT admit card has been released?
A: 

No, the candidates cannot change their exam centres after the NMIMS LAT admit card has been released. They cannot appear for the exam at any other test centre other than the one mentioned on their admit card either. If they try to do so, they will be disqualified. So, candidates should download the admit card as soon as it is released and check the exam centre location. They must make prior arrangements of travel and reaching exam centre on time on the exam day.

When filling the NMIMS LAT application form, they must take utmost care in choosing test city preferences. They must choose their city of residence as the first option so that they are alloted a test centre in the same city. Filling the NMIMS LAT application form at the earliest will put them in a better position of getting the centre in the test city of their choice.

First of all, students have to fill out the NMIMS LAT application form online at the official website. The NMIMS LAT application fee is INR 1,800 plus taxes.

Registered candidates can download the NMIMS LAT 2026 admit card from the official website of the exam. The admit card contained important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, test centre address, etc.

NMIMS LAT exam

Next, candidates need to appear for the NMIMS LAT 2026 exam as per the details mentioned on the admit card. The law entrance exam will be conducted in online mode. Questions in the exam will be based on the CLAT-UG syllabus.
