The All India Institute of Medical Science will scrutinise the registration form after the AIIMS Nursing Application Form 2026 last date and release the acceptance or rejection of the forms online. The AIIMS Nursing application process 2026 is explained below:

Stage 1: AIIMS Nursing Basic Registration Form 2026

Basic registration started on March 25. In this stage, the candidates need to provide their personal details such as name, date of birth, email ID and mobile number (to share information and code via SMS). This will be followed by the OTP verification. An Application ID will be generated and the candidates will be asked to create a password.

Stage 2: AIIMS BSc Nursing Application Form 2026

The candidates will be required to fill the following details in the application form

  • Personal Details
  • Centre Preference
  • Application Fee (As per category) and fee submission
  • Uploading of scanned images of the photo, left-hand impression, signature and certificate for claiming the reservation

After filling the above details, the candidates will be required to submit the AIIMS Nursing Application Form 2026.

Candidates whose forms is accepted will receive the registration ID and password. After it, pay the fee and submit the form.

Eligibility for AIIMS BSc Nursing Application Form 2026

  • Candidates should have cleared Class 12 exams or an equivalent exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects.
  • Candidates of the General Category should have secured a minimum of 55 per cent marks in class 12 and SC/ST category candidates should have secured 50 per cent in aggregate

Eligibility for AIIMS BSc Nursing (Post-basic) 2026

  • Candidates possessing a Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from any Indian Nursing Council-recognised institution.
  • Candidates should have passed class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board/university, having Physics, Chemistry, English, and either Biology or Maths subjects. However, candidates who have qualified for class 11 on or before 1986 can also apply.
  • Candidates must have registered themselves as a nurse or as a midwife with the State Nursing Council. In the case of male nurses, besides being registered nurses, they should have six months of Nursing training in any of the following branches
    • OT (Operation Theatre) Techniques
    • Ophthalmic
    • Psychiatric
    • Leprosy 
    • TB

IIMS MSc Nursing 2025 test centres are decided by the exam conducting body, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The list of AIIMS MSc. Nursing test centres are released by the AIIMS Delhi at the official website.
