ITM NEST BSc, MSc - Nursing Application Form 2019, Registration: Know How to Apply

The ITM NEST 2026 application form will be made available online. The steps to fill out the form can be checked below -

• Registration to sign-up to create an account - To begin with, candidates will have to register themselves by providing basic details like name, email ID, mobile number, and course preferences with specialisation.
• Once the registration is complete, students can proceed to fill out their form. In the application, candidates have to enter the following details: father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, father's and mother's occupation, nationality, category, Aadhar card or passport number, contact details, hostel information, test information, and fee payment details

• After filling all the details, upload any documents asked as per the specifications
• Make the fee payment and submit ITM NEST application form 2026. 
• Keep a copy for future reference
