UCEED 2027 covers a wide range of topics across Part A and Part B. Understanding the syllabus and practising each section regularly can help candidates improve their accuracy, creativity and time-management skills.
UCEED 2027 is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. Part A tests a candidate's visualisation, reasoning, observation, design awareness, language and creativity skills. Part B tests drawing ability and design aptitude. Both parts are compulsory.
Candidates preparing for UCEED 2027 should learn UCEED subjects before starting their preparation. UCEED syllabus does not follow a traditional school-subject format. Instead, IIT Bombay lists different areas that assess a candidate's ability to observe, analyse, visualise and solve design-related problems.

How to Prepare UCEED Subjects 2027?
Candidates should not prepare all UCEED subjects in the same way. For Part A, solve previous UCEED question papers and practise visual reasoning, quantitative reasoning, English comprehension and design-awareness questions. For Part B, practise drawing products, people and everyday situations within a fixed time.
A useful preparation approach is:
- Start with the official UCEED 2027 syllabus.
- Divide Part A into its seven subject areas.
- Make a separate list of weak topics.
- Practise visualisation and reasoning questions regularly.
- Read about art, design, culture, environment and everyday products.
- Practise drawing and design aptitude questions every week.
- Solve previous UCEED question papers.
- Take timed UCEED mock tests to improve speed and accuracy.

Yes, but drawing practice is important because Part B includes drawing questions. Candidates don't need professional-level drawing skills, but they should be able to communicate ideas clearly through sketches.
