Documents Required for WBJEE Registration 2026: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has concluded WBJEE 2026 application process. Official WBJEE 2026 registration link was available online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. To be prepared, candidates had to know list of documents that were required for WBJEE application form. Along with using these documents for application form, candidates should also keep them ready for WBJEE 2026 exam and admission.

While filling WBJEE 2026 application form, candidates had to upload their photograph and signature. All documents had to be scanned and uploaded carefully. While only photograph and signature was uploaded during WBJEE registration, candidates were also required to also keep other important documents ready to fill form correctly and quickly. List of documents required for WBJEE 2026 application process

During WBJEE registration 2026, candidates had to keep certain documents ready so that had access to correct information. Since all details had to be correctly filled in application form, it was important to have needed documents ready for reference.

Is Aadhaar Card Mandatory in WBJEE 2026 application form?

In WBJEE application process, Aadhaar Card was not mandatory, but it could be used as an identification proof. WBEEB provided candidates other options for identification such as Voter ID, Passport, School ID, Ration Card with Photograph, 10th admit card and more. No Aadhaar number was required for WBJEE registration.

WBJEE 2026 Application Form: Specifications for Uploading of Documents

Candidates had to upload their passport sized photograph and signature in WBJEE application form 2026. Both documents had to be scanned according to specifications mentioned by WBJEEB authorities.

  • Full frontal view of candidate’s face should be included in the photograph.
  • Photograph should in JPG/JPEG format.
  • File size should be between 10 to 100 KB
  • File dimension should 3.5cm x 4.5cm

  • Signature should be done on a white paper with black or blue pen.

 

  • Scanned image should in JPG/JPEG format.
  • File size should be between 4 to 50 KB
  • Dimension of file should be 3.5cm x 1.5 cm

WBJEE 2026 Registration: Step by Step Document Requirement in Application Form

In every step of WBJEE application process 2026, candidates had to check their documents to see if they had filled correct information. Since basic details such as name, parent’s names, domicile and date of birth cannot be corrected after submission, they were advised to refer to important documents while filling form.

Registration: During registration, candidates had to upload their personal and contact details. Documents required during WBJEE registration are given below.

  • Personal Details: ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/Ration Card with Photograph/Valid Govt. Identity with Photograph/School ID)
  • Contact Details: Valid email address and mobile number

Filling of Application Form: While filling out application form, candidates had to provide details such as category and domicile details, sub category, income and academic information.

  • Category and Domicile Details: Caste/Category and Domicile Certificate
  • Sub-Category Details: TFW, PwD and Income Certificate (if applicable)
  • Academic Details: 12th marksheet and admit card.
  • Communication Details: Address proof such as Aadhaar Card or Voter ID

Uploading of Documents: In application form, candidates had to upload their scanned photograph and signature. If documents were not uploaded according to specifications, then form could not be submitted.

Fee Payment: To make payment, candidates had to enter their net banking, credit card or debit card details. Required details depended on payment source selected by candidates.

When will WBJEE Application Form 2026 be available?

WBJEE application process 2026 has ended. To be registered for exam, candidates had to fill online WBJEE application form at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. While filling online WBJEE application form, candidates had to submit all required details and upload documents. WBJEE 2026 application fee had to be paid through net banking, credit card or debit card. The authorities did not accept multiple applications. WBJEE admit card 2026 will be issued for registered and eligible candidates. 

What is the WBJEE 2026 eligibility criteria?

Candidates can check the official WBJEE eligibility criteria for admission below.

  • Candidates should be citizens of India or OCI (subject to approval of the Competent Authority). OCI candidates will be eligible for only Unreserved seats in All India Quota.
  • Should have passed 12th standard (or its equivalent) qualifying examination or appearing in 2026. 
  • The lower age limit is 17 years as of December 31 of admission year. There is no upper age limit. However, for Marine Engineering admission, upper age limit is 25 years as of December 31 of admission year.
  • Candidates should have passed 10+2th class (or equivalent) qualifying examination with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/Biology/Informatics Practices/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship.
  • Should have secured a minimum of 45 percent marks (40 percent marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD candidates) as an aggregate of three subjects in qualifying exam.
  • Must have passed in English in 10+2th class (or equivalent) exam with at least 30% marks.

No. Candidates will not be able to access their HP LEET admit card through post or email. To download the HP LEET admit card, the candidates will have to visit the official website and log in using the required credentials. The authorities will not use any other mode to release the admit card of HP LEET. After downloading the admit card, the candidates will have to print it out for future use. 

Q:   What is the WBJEE application fee?
A: 

While filling out WBJEE application form, candidates need to pay fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by authorities. WBJEE application fee is INR 500 for General Male Candidates), INR 400 (for general female and SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW Male Candidates) and INR 300 (for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW female candidates and Third Gender General Candidates). For SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/TFW Third Gender category candidates, the application fee is INR 200. If candidates does not pay application fee, their applications will be rejected by authorities.

Yes, WBJEE is required for Haldia Institute of Pharmacy admissions. Especially for BPharma programme. The institute may consider scores of NEET or other exams in some cases. Students can check the same with the institute.
