Candidates will get the updates of EDCIL recruitment through GATE 2025 on this page. The vacancies for the posts of Management Trainee (Technical)—Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. are filled through EDCIL GATE Recruitment 2025.

GATE is the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, which the Engineering Graduates take for admission to MTech programmes of IIT, NIT, and State Government Universities/Colleges. Candidates possessing a valid GATE 2025 scorecard can also apply for PSU recruitment through GATE.

Q:   Which institute will conduct GATE 2026?
A:

The GATE 2026 exam is conducted by the IIT Guwahati. The GATE 2026's official website is launched. The GATE 2026 exam dates are Feb 7,8,14, and 15. 

Q:   How to calculate GATE 2025 Score?
A:

The exam authority will calculate the GATE score by considering the raw marks secured by candidates in the GATE 2025 result. The raw marks, or actual marks, will be allotted to the candidates after evaluating the answers. The GATE score for the multi-session exam will be calculated by converting the raw marks into the normalised marks for that particular subject. The raw marks will be used for calculating the GATE score based on the qualifying marks. The scorecard will be available to qualified candidates only. Candidates should keep the soft copy of the GATE scorecard safe for future use. To check the GATE 2025 result, candidates need their enrollment ID/email ID, and password. Q:   When will GATE 2026 exam be conducted?
A:

The GATE 2026 exam will be held on February 7,8, 14, and 15 in two shifts. The GATE 2026 official website is launched - gate2026.iitg.ac.in. The information brochure is available on the website. The GATE MTech entrance exam 2026 will be held on different dates in two shifts- forenoon and afternoon. Registrations for GATE 2026 started on August 28. 

Eligibility Criteria for EDCIL GATE Recruitment 2025

EDCIL GATE Recruitment Application Form

The EDCIL application form will be available online at the official website, www.edcilindia.co.in. In the application form, candidates have to fill out details such as personal details, GATE details, academic details, and Address details. After completing the formalities of filling out details, candidates have to upload a photo and signature and then pay the prescribed fee. The application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/ net banking. No offline application form submission is accepted. 

Q:   How many new exam cities have been added to the GATE 2025 exam centers?
A:

This year, 11 new cities have been included in the GATE exam centers. Candidates had the facility to opt for the exam center at the time of GATE registration. The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025 in two sessions - Morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Candidates appearing for the exam can find the allotted GATE exam center in the admit card. To download the GATE 2025 hall ticket, candidates must provide their enrollment ID and password. 

Q:   How do I check my GATE exam centre?
A:

Selection Procedure of EDCIL Recruitment 2025 through GATE

Candidates will be selected for the EDCIL recruitment through an entrance test, followed by an interview. The eligible candidates have to appear for the test. Those who qualify in the test have to appear for the interview round. While appearing for the interview carry all necessary documents in original.

In GATE, normalisation process generally makes a gap of 4 to 7 marks (approximately) between actual and normalised scores. However, if difficulty level of paper was high then the marks might increase. On other hand, for easier paper, marks may reduce offering fairness across sessions.

No, there is no subject-wise cutoff mark for GATE exam. The scores along with minimum-qualifying cutoff will be released (category-wise) along with normalised score.
