GATE 2026 Result Login: How to access and download scorecard?
The IIT Guwahati has activated the result link at candidate login. The GATE result 2026 date was March 19. Candidates who appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering can check their result at GOAPS using enrollment ID and password. The GATE scorecard 2026 will be available for download on March 27. The scorecard will be valid for three years, and candidates can use it for MTech admissions and PSU recruitment.

The MTech Engineering Entrance Exam is now over. The authorities have released the GATE answer key 2026 along with response sheet and question paper. With the help of GATE provisional answer key PDF, students can calculate their probable scores and check where they stand and institute options they get using GATE college predictor. GATE 2026 Login: Admit Card Download
Candidates who appeared for GATE exam must download their GATE hall ticket. The admit card will contain important details regarding candidate and exam/paper code. According to the GATE 2026 exam and shift timings, GATE CE-1, EE, ME, BM, and MT were scheduled on Feb 14, and GATE paper EC, AR, and DA was conducted on Feb 15. What is GATE Login?
GATE login is an online portal facility for exam related activities. It is also called as GATE online application processing system (GOAPS). The portal is managed by the organising IIT, which is Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Through these, students can complete various GATE-related activities, such as registration, check entrance test updates, how to download GATE hall ticket, access results, PSU recruitment notifications, etc. However, without a login ID and password, no candidate can access Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Login.
How to create GATE Login Credentials?
Steps to create GOAPS login for GATE exam is easy and simple. Registration of applicant is must to access GATE login. Credentials will be created at time of registration only. During this process, candidates have to provide following information -
- Candidate’s name
- Valid email ID
- Mobile number
- Password of their choice
Once registration is completed successfully, candidates will receive GATE enrollment ID on their email ID and mobile number. These will be your login credentials for future GATE login.

- Click on GOAPS login link
- Enter enrollment ID and password
- Complete captcha (number verification)

In case, any candidate has misplaced or forgets their GATE login password, then he/she can retrieve by following steps -
- Visit GOAPS GATE login and click on forgot password option
- Enter registered email ID or enrollment ID along with mobile number
- An OTP will be sent to their registered number
- Verify and set a new password.
