JAC Delhi 2019 cut offs (opening and closing ranks) for round 2 were released by the Joint Admission Committee (JAC) on July 6, a day after the seat allotment results were announced. The latest JAC Delhi cut off 2019 have been released by the committee (JAC) on July 19 for round 4 (final round).
Till the second round of JAC Delhi cut offs, closing ranks for all the engineering branches at Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSUT) saw a jump of an average of 2517 ranks in home state quota and 1376 ranks in all India quota seats.

The closing ranks for courses offered at Indian Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women saw a major rise of 6699 ranks on an average. Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi again witnessed a massive fall in ranks with an average of 15745 ranks in home state quota and 8667 in all India quota seats.
JAC Delhi counselling is conducted by Joint Admission Committee (JAC) for admission to BE/BTech and BArch courses offered by Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology through JEE Main. JAC Delhi cut offs (opening and closing ranks) along with the seat allotment results are released after each of the counselling round. Additional spot rounds are organized if the seats remain vacant after the initial four rounds of seat allotment results are announced.

JAC Delhi 2019 cut offs highlights
- Closing ranks for mechanical and automotive engineering jumped across institutes with IGDTUW where the ranks moved up by 10227 in comparison to 2018
- Ranks for most of the engineering branches at DTU and IGDTUW jumped by an average of 1602 (HS) 1677 (AI) & 6698 (HS) 1359 (AI) respectively.
