NTA has released JEE Main application form 2021 for May session. Candidates can fill application form between July 9 to 13. Check steps to apply and other details

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JEE Main 2021 application form for May session. Direct link for JEE Main May 2021 registration is given below. Candidates can also visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in to fill JEE Main May session application form. JEE Mains 2021 registration form for May session is available from July 9 to 13. JEE Main 2021 application form correction facility is also open from from July 9 to 13. Candidates can make correction in their previously filled JEE Main 2021 May application form or change exam centre preference during the specified dates. JEE Main 2021 exam date for May session is July 27 to August 2.  

The process of filling JEE Main May application form 2021 is completely online. Candidates have to visit the website and register online thereby filling the detailed JEE Main 2021 May application form. Candidates also need to upload scanned images of their passport size coloured photograph and signature. Those candidates coming under reserved category (SC/ST/PwD/OBC-NCL) and availing the reservation also need to upload the certificate in desired format issued by the competent authority.

Step 1- Registration: First step in applying for JEE Main 2021 exam is to register online. For JEE Main May registration, candidates have to click on the registration link provided on the website. Fill all the required details required for registration and click on the submit button.

Upon successful registration, candidates will receive messages in their email and mobile number with details of their registration number and password.

Step 2- Filling application form: After successful registration, candidates have to fill the detailed application form. In this step, information on paper for which appearing, address, education, and parents details have to be submitted. Make sure that information filled is correct and as per the record to avoid any problem in admission process.

Step 3- Uploading documents: Candidates also need to upload scanned images of their passport size colour photo and signature. The size and dimension of the scanned images have to be within the specification mentioned on the information brochure.

Candiates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL and PwD category also need to upload the certificate issued by the competent authority without which they will be considered unreserved.

Step 4- Payment of application fee: The last step in filling JEE Main application form is payment of application fee. Candidates can pay application fee online using their credit/debit card or internet banking. The details of fee to be paid will be displayed on the payment screen which is decided as per the category and gender of candidates. After the successful payment of fee, application form will be submitted automatically.

Step 5- Download and take print of application form: Candidates must download and take a print of their filled JEE Main application form and keep it safe till the completion of admission process.

How to check status of JEE Main application form 2021 after submission

Candidates must check the status of their application form after final submission. To check the status, candidates have to login at the JEE Main 2021 portal using their application number and password. Upon login, the status will be displayed on screen as “Application Form Submitted Successfully”. If the status is showing Incomplete, candidates must complete the remaining steps within the last date to submit the form.

JEE Main Application Form Correction 2021

Correction facility in JEE Main 2021 application form is open from July 6 to 8 and will also be open during July 9 to 12. Candidates can make correction in the details filled in their application form or modify exam city preference during the specfiied dates. Candidates who mistakenly entered any wrong details or want to modify any particular in their application form can make correction within the specified dates.

JEE Main Admit Card 2021

National Testing Agency (NTA) will issue JEE Main admit card 2021 May for all the successfully registered candidates to appear in the exam. JEE Main admit card will be available online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in around July 13. Candidates have to download and take a print out of their JEE Main 2021 admit card to appear in the exam.

Yes. Students with valid JEE Main scores can apply for admissions through the WBJEE counselling. However, these students will be eligible for allotment only in the 10% approved seats offered by the self-financing colleges and institutes participating in the state-level counselling.

Yes the SRMJEEE paper pattern is similar to JEE Main however, the difficulty level is not equivalent to JEE main and the question paper is adjusted to moderate level difficulty level which will be easy for most students.
