How to check WBJEE 2026 exam centre?

Candidates will be able to check details about their allotted WBJEE exam centre through admit card. Some important WBJEE exam day guidelines to remember before reporting to exam centre are given below.

  • Candidates should prepare to reach WBJEE exam centre atleast an hour before examination starts.
  • Before leaving for exam centre, they should be sure about the exact location.
  • Candidates have to carry their WBJEE hall ticket along with one original valid identity proof.
  • They will not be allowed to attempt exam in any other centre except their allotted one.
  • Candidates should make sure that they do not bring any electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops to exam centre.

WBJEE Exam Day Guidelines 2026: Do’s and Don'ts during Examination

DON'TS

  • Reach before time to complete frisking and security checking.
  • Do check OMR sheets to see if OMR number and question booklet number are the same.
  • Candidates have to put their signature at the top of question booklet.
  • Do read instructions on question booklet and OMR sheets carefully.
  • Write name in block letter and sign at appropriate places in OMR sheets.
  • While marking answers, darken the appropriate bubbles carefully.
  • Check roll number, photograph and spelling of name carefully in attendance sheet. It should match with WBJEE admit card.
  • Candidates can do rough work in space provided in question booklet.
  • Candidates can take their question booklet after exam.
  •  
  • Don’t reach late, since candidates will not be allowed to enter after exam starts.
  • Do not carry any written or printed material or any electronic devices.
  • Don’t hurry and write incorrect roll number and question paper number. Check it twice before entering it in OMR.
  • Do not open question booklet before exam starts.
  • Do not make noise or disturb others at exam centre.
  • No discussion with the invigilator will be allowed regarding any question.
  • Don’t leave the seat or exam centre before exam concludes.
  • Don’t use unfair means in exam. If any candidate is found impersonating, then they will be handed over to the police.

While reporting at the WBJEE exam centre, the students are advised not to carry any electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watches, etc. No printed or textual materials will be allowed inside the centre. If the students are found with any prohibited item inside the centre, they will not be allowed to continue with the exam.

Q:   Which ID proofs will be accepted at the WBJEE exam centre?
A: 

Students will have to carry one original valid ID proof to the WBJEE exam centre along with the admit card. For the ID proof, the students can show their Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/School ID/PAN Card or any Govt. approved identity proof. No photocopies will be accepted.

Q:   Which documents have to be presented at the WBJEE exam centre?
A: 

At WBJEE exam centre, students will have to bring a print out of their admit card and one original valid identity proof. If students do not have these documents with them at centre, then they will not be allowed to enter and attempt examination.

Q:   I forgot my WBJEE admit card. Can I show my digital copy?
A: 

No, digital copies of the WBJEE admit card will not be accepted at the exam centre. All students will have bring a physical copy of their hall ticket to show the invigilators. Students are advised to keep their hall ticket ready for the examination.
