SNAP 2026 Section-wise Weightage
SNAP questions paper is divided across four sections. The newly introduced Ethics, Morality and Values section will have 10 questions. Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency and Analytical & Logical Reasoning will have 20 questions each, while General English will have 10 questions.

How to Prepare SNAP High Weightage Topics?
Candidates should not try to complete every SNAP topic at the same time. Start with the important topics and build strong fundamentals. After completing a topic, solve SNAP-level questions and check the time taken for each question.
For Quant, focus first on Arithmetic, Algebra and basic DI. For Reasoning, practise Arrangements, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Series and Critical Reasoning. For English, revise Vocabulary and Grammar regularly. For Ethics section, understand concepts before solving scenario-based questions.
Mock tests are also important in SNAP. It has 60 questions to be solved in 60 minutes and does not have a sectional time limit. Candidates should use mocks to test different section orders and improve question selection.

A candidate can appear for upto three tests for both SNAP at SIU Pune. If a candidate appears for more than one test for either SNAP, the higher score will be considered for the final percentile calculation and there will be no normalization.
