How to edit FMGE Application Form
Applicants can follow the below given process to edit FMGE correction form:
1. Go to FMGE portal - natboard.edu.in
2. Find the link related to FMGE December session application portal.
3. Login portal with user ID and password.
4. Now complete the application correction.
Students must correct the application process, which is either filling in details or uploading documents.

FMGE Document Specifications

Common Mistakes Rectified during FMGE Correction
Candidates often use the FMGE application correction window to fix the following common errors:

| 1 | Image Upload Issues | The most frequent correction is related to photograph specifications. The NBEMS mandates a recent color photo with a white background that includes the candidate's name and date of capture printed at the bottom. The window allows candidates to re-upload images that failed this validation. |

| 3 | Category Change | If a candidate initially applied under the General category but later obtained a valid EWS, OBC, SC, or ST certificate, they can update their category status. |
Students must note that all the deformities, academic details, and documents must be submitted within the given period of time. In case any applicant fails to produce documents, then the students will not be eligible to appear in the exam. He/She will not be issued FMGE admit card 2025 under any circumstances. The FMGE exam is conducted twice every year. The NBEMS conducts this entrance exam to practice a medical degree in India.
The application fee for FMGE 2025 is released along with the official information brochure. The FMGE 2025 application fee will be announced soon on official notification. FMGE registration fee is INR 5,250 + 18 per cent GST.
So total amount will be INR 6,195. Candidates will have to pay the registration fee to submit the application form for FMGE 2025. It must be noted registration fee will be paid with online modes such as credit/debit card or internet banking etc. The registration fee is nonrefundable if your application is rejected due to any reason. Aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying online for FMGE 2025 exam for the June session.
NBE informs the candidates via emails stating the changes required in the documents uploaded at the time of filling the application form. As per the guideline of NBEMS, some candidates fail to upload their photographs, signatures, and/or thumb impressions as per the prescribed Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image (s) in their application form during the selective and final edit window. In case the candidate fails to make requisitie changes, then his/her FMGE application form is subject to rejection or the candidates will not be issued admit card for appearing in the exam.

NBE generally doesnt extent the FMGE application deadline. However, the final decision to extends date rests with NBE. The date is extended in special case. Candidates are advise to apply on time and don't wait for the last moment. FMGE 2025 registration can be done on the official website, nbe.edu.in. It must be note only online application form will be accepted for FMGE 2025 June session. Candidates should fill details in the application form and submit it in the given deadline.
Candidates need a valid email ID and mobile number for FMGE registration. Apart from email ID and mobile number, candidates have to provide his/her name, date of birth, nationality, gender for registration. After successful registration, a login ID and password is generate.
Process to FMGE registration are given below:
- Go to official website, nbe.edu.in
- Select “FMGE”
- Under link sections, click on “New Registration”
- Read the instructions carefully and select “Close”
- Enter details such as name, date of birth etc.
- Enter Captcha and Submit
- User ID and password will be sent to registered email Id and password
Yes, NBE provides candidates an opportunity to correct details in FMGE application form. According to the schedule, the correction facility for FMGE 2025 will start after the application process concludes. Candidates will be able to modify incorrect details through FMGE 2025 correction window.
It must be note candidates can't modify every details through the correction/edit windows. Details like name, date of birth, gender, mobile number etc. can't be edited through the correction windows. NBE also will also open a final correction windows where incorrect image can be rectified. The final correction window for FMGE 2024 exam will be available online at the official portal.

There is currently no limit on total number of attempts for FMGE. You can appear for as many sessions as needed. Very soon, National Exit Test (NExT) will replace FMGE exam. It may introduce new regulations regarding attempt limits once implemented. As of now, no limit for re-attempts.

Candidates must bring the following documents to the test center to be allowed entry. Digital copies on mobile phones are strictly not accepted.
- Printed Admit Card: A clear printout of FMGE 2025-26 admit card (black and white is acceptable) with a recent passport-sized photograph pasted in the design

FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) 2026 is a compulsory licensing test conducted by the NBEMS. It is for Indian/OCI citizens who obtained their medical degree (MBBS) from outside India. Passing this 300-mark screening test is mandatory to practice medicine in India.

It is not necessary. Candidates can make registration and generate login ID and password one day and fill application form another day as well. However, candidates are advise to complete the process in a single day so that he/she may not waste another day for same work. Instead he/she can focus on preparation for FMGE. Online registration is mandatory to submit FMGE application form. Candidates have to pay INR 7,080 as exam fee to submit the application form. Without fee, application form will not be accepted by NBE. FMGE admit card is issue to candidates who apply successfully in the given deadline.
