The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a common entrance test that is conducted for taking admission to both medical and dental undergraduate courses. Hence, many who appear for this examination want to apply for BDS courses in India through NEET. For such candidates, Shiksha has compiled a list of all the dental colleges accepting NEET scores for admission to BDS courses. The list of Dental colleges accepting NEET scores for BDS degree courses in India will help them choose the right college for themselves. All the dental colleges across India, which admit students for BDS, use the NEET merit for admission. This includes Government, Private, deemed, as well as Central institutions. The counseling process is done through centralized counseling, which ensures that the selection of students is done on merit. To apply, students need to qualify in NEET as well as satisfy eligibility criteria laid by the Dental Council of India, among others.

NEET cutoff 2026 for BHMS in Motiwala Homoeopathy Medical College has not been released. The minimum marks required for admission to BHMS in NEET 2025 was 144 marks for general category and 113 marks for Reserved categories (OBC/NT/SC/ST/VJ).

The NTA has not announced the NEET UG 2027 exam date as of now. However, the exam is likely to be held on May 2, 2027.

Currently, NEET is not required for most physiotherapy admissions. Most colleges admit students based on Class 12 marks. However, from 2026 onwards, NEET is expected to become mandatory as per the NCAHP notification. Students applying from 2026 onwards should keep NEET preparation as a priority.

The NTA has not released the NEET 2027 exam date yet. However, the NEET UG 2027 exam is likely to be held on May 2, that is, the first Sunday of the month, the trend followed by NTA in previous years.

No, Punjabi University, Patiala are not decided based on NEET-UG score. Punjabi University, Patiala has only mentioned accepting scores of its ownin-house entrance exam to select candidates for BPharm courses.

Thus, candidates with a valid NEET-UG score will still need to appear in this entrance exam

The NTA will conduct the re NEET 2026 on June 21, 2026. The re exam will be held from 2.00 to 5.15 pm. Candidates who took NEET UG 2026 registration can appear for the re exam.
