NEET 2025 Preparation Tips for Two Months
In this section, we bring to you eight tips on NEET 2025 preparation tips in the last two months for the test. These tips are aimed at giving you a broad idea to plan or modify the existing preparation strategy for the days left for the NEET 2025 exam.
Maths is not compulsory for NEET. You have numerical in Physics but you do not required Maths in Class 11 and Class 12 to solve those. If you studied Maths in class 10, then you can solve the numericals in Physics. Since NEET has Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects, it would be advantageous for you if you are a PCB student. Moreover, in case a candidate has studied PCM and not Biology, even as an additional subject, then he/she will not be eligible to appear for NEET exam. Hence, Maths is not compulsory, rather not required for NEET. But having basic mathematical knowledge and skills would be an added advantage.
The official website of NEET 2026 will be announced by NTA. The URL of the website in 2025 was neet.nta.nic.in. It was changed from that of 2024, which was neet.ntaonline.in. The website is hosted by NTA.
How to Prepare for NEET 2025 in Two Months? Manage your weakness
It is high time that you manage your weak areas. By managing weak areas, we mean that this is the time when you have to take a decision on whether you will opt out of these topics completely or if there is still a chance to improve in these areas. You have to analyse each of the weak areas or topics vis-à-vis the weightages carried in the NEET exam to take a final decision. You still have time to prepare for those topics which carry a high weightage in the exam.
On the other hand, for those topics which do not hold a high weightage or you are unable to fathom the concepts despite multiple trials, it is best to leave those topics out and focus on the other areas. Talking about managing weaknesses, Anurag Tiwari, National Academic Director (Medical), Aakash Institute, says, “This is the time to figure out your weaker areas and strengthen such topics and chapters. The best way to know the weaker areas is to do a post-test error analysis thoroughly which will be a real reflection of one's mistakes and help them to put some remedial actions around those.”

Preparing for NEET 2025 in Two Months: Brush up your strengths
While managing your weak areas of NEET, you must not be overconfident of your strength areas and stop preparing as this would make you lose touch. You must pay due attention to your strong sections as well and do regular revision and practice of those. “Strong areas can be re-strengthened by practising as many questions as possible,” states Tiwari.
You can follow a single good book. Try to give maximum time to NEET study. Practise few mocks and previous year papers. It is possible to score this high with six months preparation. Avoid distractions and just follow one single good book.
NEET 2025 Preparation Strategy for Last 2 Months: Set Daily Targets
Assuming that you have completed the NEET 2025 syllabus two months before the exam, you must focus on topical preparation for NEET 2025. In the last two months before the test, it is advised that you set daily targets in terms of topics and complete its revision or concept building, followed by practice.
While sharing his NEET preparation strategy, Tanmay Gupta, AIR 1 in NEET 2021 said, “My strategy was to be consistent and clear with concepts so that there is no ambiguity in terms of conceptual understanding. I used to set daily targets. I used to target the chapters I intended to complete in a day within a prefixed time limit, followed by practice.”
Key for NEET 2025 Preparation in Two Months: Take mock tests
Candidates would have already started taking sectional or full-length NEET mock tests. Where there are less than two months left for the exam, you must focus on increasing the frequency of taking full-length NEET mock tests to twice or thrice a week, followed by in-depth analysis by experts. Candidates can easily find free NEET mock tests as well as NEET mock tests by coaching centres available online.
2-Month Preparation Plan for NEET 2025: Solve Previous Years' Papers
This is one of the classic methods of preparation for any exam, which helps aspirants in multiple ways, such as giving exposure to the topics and question types and solving the question papers also tests the preparation level of candidates. Hence, it is a must to solve previous years’ NEET question papers in the last two months before the exam.
Emphasising the importance of solving previous years’ NEET question papers, Saurabh Kumar, Academics Director, Vidyamandir Classes says, “Previous years’ NEET question papers help the aspirants better grasp the concepts and topics with keeping the current trends of the NEET exam. It helps in analysing the real-time performance of the aspirants which is very beneficial in highlighting their mistakes which can be avoided on the exam day.”

Two Month NEET Preparation Plan Requires Time Management
Time is a crucial factor in a highly competitive entrance exam like NEET which will be taken by around 23 lakh candidates. This year onwards, the total duration in the NEET exam pattern has decreased by 20 minutes, making the total duration to be 180 minutes. Hence, the time management factor comes in not just for completing the test on time, but for choosing the questions as well, since candidates will have to attempt 180 in one minute. After that, they must save time for revision.
How to Prepare for NEET 2025 in 2 Months? Revise What's Done
There is no substitute for revision. Irrespective of how confident you are with your NEET preparation, you should not stop revising even for a day. The revision will serve the dual purpose of preparing for the weak areas as well as brushing up on the strong areas. Talking about the significance of revision, Kumar states, “The most significant component in determining performance when the clock is ticking is revision. Simply review the previously learned subjects and chapters while revising the chapters to ensure that you remember them for longer.”

NEET Preparation 2025 in Last Two Months: Focus on Accuracy
One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. Be very careful whenever you mark answer to choose the correct answer. Use space for rough work to double-check your marked option. Before making the final entry to the OMR sheet, cross-check and revise each and every answer option to avoid silly mistakes and negative markings deduced by it.
To avoid silly mistakes, it is best to work on the questions and write down the correct answer option separately and fill up the OMR sheet after the final revision. Sharing her exam taking strategy, NEET topper Karthika G Nair said, “I was a little nervous while marking the answer options on the OMR sheet. I did not want to make any mistake in marking the correct answer options after solving the questions correctly. Hence, I noted down the correct answer options separately and filled the OMR sheet very carefully after solving the paper.”

How do I prepare for the NEET during a BSc Preparation of NEET UG with your on going BSc Degree. There are two things involved and I'm going to give the answer in two fragments. SEE if you are going to do your BSc From a government college where you have to study and pass your sem/annual exam with practicals then it will be lil tough for you, then remember one thing don't make a mistake of studying in last month to take exam of your college bc it will only waste your time of one month which might be very crucial from perspective of NEET and it will be a hazard if sem/annual exam falls near your NEET exam. So study for college solely by attending lecture of your teachers in college and make their notes and you can bunk your college to prepare for NEET don't waste your time in making frnds in college and make a habit of studying for college BSc In only study hours of your college and rest of the time for NEET and make sure you dedicate your focused I repeat focused 5-6 hour of time for NEET and increase it gradually. And for college exams don't take stress you have your notes just revise them before one week and you are good to go If you are doing your B.Sc. From private college then boom don't take any tension just talk to administration and you won't have to attend the college ( if they ask pay them if it's a small college they will accept the offer for 5-6k ) you don't have to attend the lecture and practicals too just go and take the exam and may be they will arrange something for you in exams too like cheating and all you will pass it without any tension. Although you can buy notes of subjects from market notes are available in market and study them before 2 weeks of your exam and you can study for your NEET exam. It would be tough to manage both of them but over-all it is rewarding so do it and ha! Don't take any pressure everything comes from practice and studying is a practice dude! Make a habit of doing meditation you will SEE the benefits within 30 days start with 5 minutes and gradually increase upto 15 minutes for first 30 days it will surely help in your studies. Don't fall for the trap that I can revise something in that 15 minutes or can chill by listening songs or watching videos nope don't do that mediation can ease your journey of preparation.
