However, you can not get a seat even if you belong to specific category quotas. In the year 2021, most government colleges had cutoff scores for the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery course that were more than 250 marks. Even for BHMS private colleges, the cutoff score was higher than 200 marks. You can get college in Kharghar, Maharashtra but only for the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course and not the BHM With this score, you may get admission into Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (LTMMC) and General Hospital, Kharghar, for the BPT course. For admission to the YMTHMCH in Kharghar, you need to score more than 300 marks. I hope this will help you.

Because it has been observed from the trends of the past few years that there is very high competition for MBBS in government colleges, leading to a cutoff score higher than 610, even when you have category-based relaxation, the cutoff can go as high as 550. This year also, cut off will vary depending on number of applicants in particular category seat compared to seats available in particular medical college. As a result, if you have a category-based exemption in the home state quota, you may be able to gain admission to some colleges such as Sarojini Nadu Medical College or Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. You could also apply to another private college for MBBS such as:
1. Sharda School of Medical Sciences & Research, Noida
2. Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
3. Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly.
