MBSE HSLC Exams 2026: Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) will conduct the MBSE HSLC exam 2026 from February 19 to March 16, 2026. MBSE HSLC Time Table 2026 is released online. Students can download MBSE HSLC Time Table 2026 on the official website - mbse.edu.in. MBSE HSLC Admit card 2026 will be released in February 2026. Students have to collect their MBSE HSLC admit cards 2026 from their respective schools. 

The board will announce the MBSE HSLC syllabus 2026 on the official website of the board. MBSE HSLC result 2026 will be released in April 2026. Students can check their MBSE HSLC result 2026 using their roll number and registration number.  The MBSE HSLC 10 exams 2026 practical exam will be held in February 2026. Students are advised to know the MBSE HSLC exam pattern 2026 and prepare well for the MBSE HSLC board exam 2026.

The MBSE board released the MBSE HSLC Time Table 2025 on November 4, 2024. MBSE conducted the MBSE HSLC exam 2025 from February 19 to March 13, 2025.  MBSE 10th result 2025 was out on April 29, 2025. MBSE HSLC compartmental exam 2025 was held on June 6, 2025.

About MBSE HSLC Board

Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) was founded by the Government of Mizoram in 1975. The board is responsible for the MBSE HSLC and HSSLC exams in the state. MBSE also prepares the result for both class 10 and 12 exams and distributes marksheets to the students. The board is headquartered in Aizwal, Mizoram. To prepare for the examinations, students must go through the MBSE 10th syllabus as well as the exam pattern.

Students can join for Plus two course after the 10th grade. Those who do not wish to go for 12th can join for Diploma engineering courses, ITI, poly technic courses, Diploma in hotel management, Diploma in fashion technology, Diploma in pharmacy etc. Even though there are so many Diploma courses, students are advised to complete 12th grade and then join degree course for better career growth. 

Q:   Can I join BTech, if I do not join 12th?
A: 

You can join for B.Tech course through lateral entry. After your 10th, you can join for 3 year Govt authorized Polytechnic Diploma course. Polytechnic course is a 3 year Diploma programme in fields like electronics, electrical engineering, civil, mechanical etc. Once you successfully complete Polytechnic course, you can appear for the Lateral entry entrance test. Thus you can join in the second year or 3rd semester of the regular BTech course in engineering colleges.

Q:   Can I appear for the Class 10 board exam, without going to the regular school?
A: 

Students can appear for the 10th grade board exam even if they are not going to school. Students can opt for open school (NIOS) and study from home. Thus they can appear for NIOS 10th board exams. Another option is private registration. Students can register as private candidates and appear for board exams.  

Q:   How can I manage my stress level during the MBSE HSLC 10th board exams?
A: 

Students are advised to start preparation for the MBSE HSLC exam from the beginning of the academic year. They must make a time table and follow it. They should learn atleast 2-3 hours daily. Once they finish learning the chapters, they should solve previous year question papers. They should involve in games or any fun activities to get rid of stress.

MBSE HSLC board provides a correction option to students in case their name is misspelled in the marksheet. Students have to inform the school authorities, if any errors are found the marksheet. They will guide you to get the errors rectified.

Schools do not have the right to withhold admit card of the students for MBSE HSLC board exam. MBSE HSLC admit card is issued by the  Mizoram Board of Secondary Education (MBSE). You can reach out to the MBSE board, if the school do not provide the admit card.
