Steps to fill CUCAT application form are provided below.
Registration
Visit official website of University of Calicut to apply online. On homepage, click on ‘Admissions’. Click on registration link under "Calicut University Common Admissions Test". Generate a CAP ID. Enter your name, phone number and email ID. Once details are entered, a CAP ID and a security key will be generated. Log in by entering CAP ID and password. Password will be sent to candidate’s registered email ID and phone through SMS.
Fill Application Form
Once registered, students have to fill out CUCAT application form by entering their personal and academic details. These details will include name, mobile number, address, Class 10 marks, Class 12 marks, school name, undergrad marks and Parent/ Guardian details.

Upload Images
Once details are entered, upload documents such as passport-size photograph, signature and Aadhar Card. Select college and course you are interested in applying for. Candidates can view options and select accordingly.
Payment of Fee
Next part is to pay CUCAT application fee. This can be done by following means.
