What is Option Entry Process for MHCET LLB 2026?
In the MHCET Law counselling process, you have either Freeze or Float your allotted seat.
Freeze Option: When you pick "Freeze", it means you’re happy with the college you got in the MHCET Law CAP round. You accept that seat and pay the admission fee. After this step, you can’t take part in any more MHCET Law counselling rounds. Once you freeze, your seat stays fixed, and you can’t change it later even if you want to.
Float Option: If you go with "Float", it means you’re not fully satisfied and want to try for a better college in the next MHCET Law seat allotment round. You still keep your current seat safe, but you’ll also be considered for the next round. If you get a better college later, you can move to that one.
Both these options play a big role in the MHCET Law admission process for LLB 3-year and LLB 5-year courses. So think properly before you decide either confirm your seat now or wait for a better one in the next round.

Total No. of Candidates appeared for the session
Step-3: The Percentile scores for the Total Raw Score for all the four sessions (Session- 1: Day-1 Batch 1-1, Session-2: Day-1 batch-2 and Session-3: Day-1 Batch-3 as calculated in Step-2 above would be merged and shall be called the CET Percentile scores which will then be used for compilation of result.
