AIIMS BSc (H) Nursing Admit Card 2026 will be released by AIIMS Delhi around a week before the exam day, at aiimsexams.ac.in.  To download the admit card, candidates must provide their login credentials, which are Registration ID, Registration Unique Code (RUC), and Password, followed by a captcha code. 

After downloading the AIIMS BSc (H) hall ticket, students must check for discrepancies and immediately contact the authorities in case of any errors in their candidate details. The AIIMS BSc (H) Nursing exam will be a computer-based test. It will be conducted at designated test centers across the country on June 27, 2026. The AIIMS BSc nursing (post-basic) exam will be held on May 30, 2026. The details of the test center are mentioned on it and will be allotted based on the preferred test location choices filled by the candidate during the application process.

How to Download AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 Admit Card?

AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 Admit Card will be issued by AIIMS, New Delhi. Follow the steps mentioned below to download the hall ticket:

1. Visit the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in

2. Under the Important Announcement section, the exam conducting body will inform about the release of the Admit Card.

3. Candidates will have to provide the login details to download the hall ticket

AIIMS Nursing Exam Pattern 2026

As per the AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 exam pattern for the BSc (H) nursing programme, the duration is 120 minutes for the online test. It will carry 100 objective-type questions for one mark each. There will be a negative marking of -1/3 mark per question for choosing an incorrect option. For the post-basic programme, the exam duration is 90 minutes. There are no subjective questions in the exam. No marks will be deducted for unanswered responses. The question paper will be provided in English medium only.

There is no official intimation about the change in the AIIMS Nursing 2026 exam pattern yet. Until last year, there was no change in the exam pattern. AIIMS New Delhi conducts the national-level entrance exam to facilitate admission into the BSc Nursing and Post Basic BSc Nursing. The eligibility criteria and the pattern of both exams are different.

It is important to be aware of the exam day instructions, which are mentioned on the hall ticket. Here is all about the AIIMS Nursing 2026 exam day guidelines. 

  1. The admit card is an important document and is compulsory for entry to the Examination Centre 
  2. Carry a hall ticket that has a clear print of your uploaded photograph and your signature on it
  3. Take TWO printouts of the Admit Card
  4. Carry one Valid Identity Proof in Original along with it, such as: Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card etc
  5. All Electronic items, including Mobile Phones, Pagers, Calculators etc are prohibited
  6. Personal Pen, Pencil, and paper are also not allowed inside
  7. Dress appropriately for the weather and avoid wearing fancy accessories

No, photocopies of the AIIMS BSc Nursing admit card are not considered; the test takers are advised to get a printout of the original Admit Card. Candidates who will be allotted a morning shift for the AIIMS Nursing exam will have to report by 8:30 AM. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 9:45 AM.

AIIMS Nursing Centre Reporting Instructions 2026

Follow these guidelines to report to the AIIMS Nursing test centre and to avoid last-minute hassles: 

  1. Reach the test centre within the reporting time as specified in the admit card
  2. IRIS/Photo and other details will be captured by the authorities before letting you enter the examination hall
  3. No candidate shall be permitted to enter the Examination Centre after the Entry Closing Time
  4. Please note that Caps, scarves, jackets, goggles, belts, wrist bands, etc. will not be allowed at the test centre
  5. It is mandatory to return the Admit Card and rough sheet before leaving the hall
  6. Carrying a mobile phone, even if switched off, is not allowed

The AIIMS nursing previous year question papers are not available on the official website. However, there are preparation books available online in which guess-based previous year papers are available for the aspirants to prepare for the exam.

No, AIIMS Delhi does not release any question paper for the BSc nursing programme. As it is a CBT mode exam, the guess-based question paper is solved by the experts for the aspirants.

No, the syllabi of both the entrances differ as per the discretion of the conducting body. However, the common ground for preparation of the nursing entrance is the syllabus of Class12th for the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
