CUET PG 2025 Counselling: Jammu University Online Counselling Registration Started; Check Complete Details

The University of Jammu starts the online counselling registration for provisional admission for PG/ Diploma programmes, including LLB, LLM, MBA, MTech, MEd, etc, based on CUET PG 2025 exam. The University of Jammu has commenced the online counselling registration process for postgraduate programs for the academic session 2025–26. Candidates who have appeared in the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET-PG) 2025 or the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET) 2025 are eligible to apply.

The last date for applying online for registrations of the CUET PG 2025 University of Jammu counselling process is May 25, 2025. The exam officials will announce the CUET PG 2025 University of Jammu first merit list on June 4, 2205 on the official website. Selected candidates will get the opportunity to freeze their seats and take admissions in the programmes they have applied.

NOTE: Admission to the BEd, BPEd & MPEd programmes are kept in abeyance till further orders.

CUET PG 2025 Counselling Process University of Jammu: Admission Criteria

Admissions will be based on the following preferences:

1. First Preference: CUET-PG 2025 score with a minimum of 40 marks in the relevant paper and program-specific eligibility.

2. Second Preference: Composite merit comprising 75% academic merit and 25% JUET-2025 score, along with program-specific eligibility.

3. Third Preference: CUET-PG 2025 score with a minimum of 24 credits in the minor subject of the qualifying examination.

Note: Preferences two and three will be considered only if seats remain vacant after exhausting the CUET-PG 2025 merit list.

Application Process:

Candidates must fill out the online admission form available on the University's official website. The registration fee is ₹500 for General category applicants and ₹450 for SC/ST candidates. An additional non-refundable fee of ₹730 is required for those opting for self-financing seats.

Required Documents:

Applicants should prepare the following documents for upload and verification:

• CUET-PG 2025 or JUET-2025 scorecard

• Date of Birth Certificate / 10th Class Certificate

• All mark sheets of the qualifying examination

• Category certificates (if applicable)

• Domicile certificate

• Self-declaration form 

Important Instructions:

• Provisional admissions are allowed for candidates who have passed the first five semesters of their qualifying bachelor's degree, provided they submit the final semester/year results within 45 days from the last date of admission.

• 50% of seats in offsite campuses are reserved for candidates from respective districts; remaining seats will be filled by candidates from other areas if vacancies persist.

• No 'Under Process' certificates will be accepted for admission under any category.

• Candidates must ensure the accuracy of information provided in the online admission form; any discrepancies may lead to cancellation of admission.
