OUAT Entrance Exam 2026 result is expected to be declared in the third week of July. The result will be declared in three phases. In the first phase, the result will be declared in percentile scores, followed by the declaration of the rank and release of the Intimation cum Rank Card.

The OUAT Entrance Exam 2026 is likely to be conducted in the first week of June. The result will be out within a month. Before the result is released, OUAT Bhubaneswar will release the answer keys. Candidates will be able to submit objections within the stipulated schedule by paying INR 200. Based on the OUAT Entrance Exam final answer keys, the result will be computed.

Candidates can check the OUAT Entrance Exam 2026 Result by following the method given below.

Students have to go to the OUAT official website - https://ouat.ac.in/admissions/.
Then they need to click on the Admission tab.
Click on the link Provisional Weightage and Rank for Admission into OUAT Courses
Enter details - Date of birth, Mobile number and Roll number/Application number/Aadhaar number.
Click on the Submit button.

OUAT Admissions Merit List

A common merit list, as well as a category-wise OUAT merit list, will be prepared based on weighted scores secured by candidates in the entrance exam. Further, candidates need to take part in OUAT counselling as per their rank. Here, candidates are provided with an intimation-cum-rank card which specifies the date as well as the time at which candidates need to appear for the OUAT entrance exam 2025 counselling process.

Candidates are offered admission to fill OUAT seats based on the counselling round that is conducted by the OUAT Admission Board for different categories. The merit list for admission in UG programmes offered at OUAT is formulated as per the below-given criteria:

For MSc and PhD course admission also the final merit list is prepared as per the below-given criteria:

The below-given percentage of scores secured by aspirants in different examinations is added to their scores of the entrance examinations and viva-voce scores (for PhD students) to formulate the merit list for OUAT admissions:

Apart from this, aspirants will also be given extra weightage if they have outstanding records in extra-curricular activities. The below-given percentage of computed score (Career scores) is added to calculate scores secured by an aspirant for admission.
