CTET 2020 exam was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on January 31 in two shifts. The CTET 2020 paper II was conducted in the second shift from 2 to 4.30 PM. CTET 2020 Paper-II Exam Analysis by Students
Rachit and Anangsha reported live from the Manav Rachna International School Noida (designated Centre for the CTET 2020 Exam). The candidates appeared in the CTET paper II as the designated CTET exam centre talked to Shiksha and were of opinion that the CTET 2020 paper II was of Easy to the Moderated difficulty level. The individual analysis of the candidates is shared below.
Chhavi Singh: The paper was on the set pattern and was of average difficulty. The candidates who were preparing for the CTET exam can easily score the qualifying marks. She prepared from the online medium only.
Pooja: The paper was easy and the questions were well distributed among all the topics. She prepared from the online medium. She prepared from the online sources. The paper was easy in comparison to the previous years.
Swati: The CTET Syllabus was covered evenly by the paper and was easy to solve. She prepared for the CTET exam through YouTube and other online resources.
Aarti: The paper was easy and the questions came from all the topics of the CTET Syllabus. She prepared for the CTET Exam through the online resources only.
Ramniwas: The paper was tough in the comparison of last year. The majority of the questions were from NCERT books. He prepared online and with the NCERT books.
Alka: The CTET paper was good. The Social Studies part was not easy. She said the paper was on the set pattern of the previous years. She prepared online only.
Vishakha: The paper was overall average and doable. Majority of the questions were new and solving the last ten years question papers were provided little help. The English and Hindi followed the pattern of previous years. As per her analysis, the Social Science section was a bit difficult as the questions asked in the CTET paper required quite deep understanding of the topics.
Majority of the candidates prepared for the CTET exam through online sources only. One of the major reason for this was COVID-19 pandemic.
