Why Do We Calculate CUET Percentile?
Common University Entrance Test is conducted in multiple slots on various days. The CUET difficulty level of question paper of each slot is different. It is possible that students who had tough question paper in their shift will score lower marks than the applicants with easy question paper. So, to remain fair to all appeared candidates, National Testing Agency uses CUET normalization process. This process converts CUET raw scores into percentile. Raw scores are the actual marks obtained by a candidate and CUET percentile is the relative performance of a candidate as compared to others.
