The BCECE nursing application correction process ended on May 20, 2025. The BCECE application last date was May 18, 2025 (10:00 PM). Earlier, the BCECE application form deadline was May 6, 2025. The last date to pay the BCECE nursing application fee was May 18, 2025. The BCECE BSc nursing registration began on April 9, 2025. The application forms are invited and accepted by the BCECEB via the online process. There are two phases of the BCECE nursing 2025 application form, divided into Part A and Part B.

Earlier, the BCECEB required the candidates to send the filled hard copy of the application form to them via post. Since 2018, the whole process has been made online. The BCECE application correction facility was provided for 2 days.

Documents Required for BCECE Nursing Application

The BCECE nursing application process requires important details such as academic and personal details. To apply without any discrepancy or lag, candidates are advised to keep their details and documents ready.

  • Candidates’ active email ID for registration. The same email will be used for correspondence.
  • A valid mobile number for notifying and communicating via SMS
  • Smooth high-speed internet
  • Scanned copy of the recent passport-size colour photograph and signature in JPEG format not exceeding 100 KB
  • Credentials of Net Banking/ Credit Card/ ATM-cum-Debit Card

How to Fill BCECE Nursing Application Form 2025

The BCECE nursing registration is a completely online process and candidates have to complete each step thoroughly before moving to the next step. Below is the process candidates should follow to fill in the BCECE nursing application form.

Registration

Candidates have to visit the official website of BCECEB, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. On the homepage there will be a link Apply for BCECE 2025, candidates have to click on the same. The link will be redirected to the login page, candidates have to click on the ‘New Registration’. The registration page will require important details. 

  • Choose the course group as BSc Nursing under the Undergraduate Group
  • Candidates have to fill in their first, middle, and last name
  • Candidate's Date of birth
  • Confirm if the candidate has a Bihar state domicile
  • Reservation Category If applicable
  • Does the candidate have any disability Quota
  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Valid Email ID
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Security question
  • Security password
  • Captcha text

After submitting all the mentioned details, candidates have to click on the submit and the sign up button. A system-generated Activation Code will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and an SMS on the registered mobile number. The activation code will be in the form of a URL. Clicking upon the same will redirect to the applicant login screen. The candidates have to click on the ‘Activate Your Account button and enter the activation code.

Provide Personal Information

After the BCECE nursing registration and account activation, the next step will be to provide personal details. Personal details regarding the candidate, such as name and identification marks are generally required to be filled in this step. Below is the list of details that the candidates have to fill in under the personal details section:

  • Father's name
  • Mother's name
  • Identification marks like a mole or burn mark
  • Gender
  • Does the candidate have any Serviceman Quota
  • Father’s annual income (more or less than INR 4.5 lakh per annum)
  • Does the candidate have Urdu as a subject in matriculation
  • District Name of the institution of passing
  • Permanent address and District name
  • Is the permanent address and the correspondence address the same?
  • If the permanent address and the correspondence address are the same, the candidate has to check the box and then proceed to upload the scanned images. All the information should be saved to proceed to the next step.

Upload Photograph and Signature

After carefully submitting the personal details and successful submission of the same, the candidates have to follow the next step which is about uploading the passport-size colour photograph along with a scanned image of the candidate’s signature. Below are the instructions that must be carefully followed by the candidates while uploading their photographs and signatures:

  • The dimensions of the passport size colour photograph should be 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm
  • The signature should be done using a black or blue ink pen on white paper in any one language, Hindi or English, before being scanned
  • Both the scanned passport size colour photograph and the scanned image of the signature should not exceed 100 KB in size and must be in JPEG format.
  • Part B also needs to be uploaded with the same photograph and signature uploaded in Part A, with the same dimensions and format.

Academic Details

 In the next step, candidates have to provide their academic details fulfilling the required eligibility criteria for the BCECE nursing exam. Candidates have to provide the details mentioned below:

  • Class 10 school name, year of passing, affiliated board and qualifying status
  • Class 10 school name, year of passing, affiliated board and qualifying status

  • After providing all the details, personal and academic details, candidates will get a chance to review their application form. If the applicant has made any mistake in any Part or wants to edit or correct it can do it before the final submission of the BCECE nursing application form.  There is an Edit button at the bottom of the preview page, The candidate can click on the Edit button and then click on the ‘Update’ button to ensure the required information is edited and saved. If the candidate found his/her details correct they can save, check box the Agree to the Declaration option, and submit the form.

BCECE Nursing 2025 Application Form Fee Payment

BCECE nursing 2025 application form will only be considered submitted successfully after the fee payment. No application will be accepted without the fee payment. The application fee payment for the BCECE nursing 2025 application can be done using online payment or the e-challan mode. 

After completing all the details candidates have to pay the application fee by choosing the desired payment mode. The application fee is applicable as per the number of groups or subjects chosen and the category of the candidate.

To keep a record of the application form filling process, candidates are advised to take a printout of both parts, Part A and Part B after downloading them. The hard copies need not be sent via post to the BCECEB. The forms should be kept safely for future use and may be required to submit the same on the day of counselling.

BCECE Nursing Application Form Correction 2025

The BCECE nursing application form correction facility 2025 was postponed. As the BCECE application deadline was May 18, 2025. The application correction window was open for the candidates to edit any information on May 19, 2025 and continued till May 20, 2025. The BCECE application correction facility was provided after the registration process concluded. Candidates were not allowed to make any changes or edit the BCECE nursing application form after this date. Below are the steps candidates should follow to make corrections to their application form:

  • Candidates have to visit the official website of BCECE, https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
  • On the home page, click on the ‘BCECE 2025 Form Correction’ link.
  • Candidates have to log in using their registered email ID and password
  • Candidates will be able to edit the fields they want to correct 
  • After making the edits, review the application form thoroughly before clicking the ‘Submit’ button

Yes, candidates need to sign on the BCECE admit card. But the signature should be done on the exam day in the presence of the invigilator. In case test takers sign on the admit card before the exam, it may lead to cancellation of the test.

As the BCECE syllabus is the same as the Class 12 Board exam, a common preparation will be sufficient. Along with that students should also solve BCECE mock tests and past question papers.

The BCECE application fee has to be paid in online mode only. The different methods of payment are Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking and UPI. There is no possibility to pay in cash, cheque, etc.
