Review of Chandigarh University.
Placements: More than 98% of students get placed every year in our college. The highest salary package offered is more than 50 LPA. Almost 70% of students got internships in 3rd year, and more than 95% of students got internships in 4th year. Our college has tie-ups with companies such as IBM.
Infrastructure: Each classroom is well equipped with a projector, two speakers, a whiteboard, and a podium. The seating arrangements are good. Our classrooms have small tables.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum is good. Many subjects are less useful. Semester and mid-term exams are a little bit difficult to score a good CGPA.
Other: Only a few events and fests are held in our college.

I am satisfied with the college because of good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Many students got placed in the 6th semester. The placement ratio is increasing every day. Many students got internships from our college in various companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with good facilities. Our college buildings are well-planned and executed. Wi-Fi is enabled in our college. The food is average. our college provides us with medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive. They are good at academics and administrative work as well. The course curriculum will change every semester according to industry needs.
Other: Our college provides the best scholarship facility to students compared to other colleges. Events and extracurricular activities are conducted in our college.

Really good infrastructure but the staffs are not solution oriented and sometimes very problematic.
Placements: In my specific specialization, "Blockchain," around 30 percent of students have been placed; most of them are mass recruitments. The highest package is 15 LPA. Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Sumo Tech, etc. are the top recruiters. No students got any internships. Blockchain Developer, SDE, etc. are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise CU is one of the best private universities in India. Every class room got air conditioning with Wi-Fi all over campus and exceptional libraries all over the university. Hostels of Chandigarh university are one of the best hostels in India with fresh and hygienic food and helpful staff.
Faculty: Although teaching faculties needed a mild specialization and refresh, they are helpful mostly. Exams in this college are the worst part, as somehow during every exam time they manage to create a mess. On the scale of difficulty level, I would rank 3/10.
Other: I was very enthusiastic about crypto currency and blockchain technology. One of the biggest events organizers in Punjab.

Chandigarh University reality check.
Placements: CU ensures a 100% placement. Although most of them are from mass recruiters. But the highest package offered was 1.7cr by IBM in cyber security. The highest placement is often very high but you have to be the best amongst the best to achieve a goal like that.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi classrooms, extra labs for all subjects. Separate labs for entrepreneurs and innovators. Every single building on the campus has its library. There are many places to eat on campus. There is a separate sports complex along with a lot of courts and grounds otherwise.
Faculty: The faculty, no doubt is not the best. Chandigarh University does not offer very good faculty. But the course provided is to the mark and accurate. The semester exams are of mediocre difficulty level. Besides the final exams, there are a lot of other things that a student is marked on.

A very good university with many opportunities to offer; value for money
Placements: As the Computer Science specialization in Blockchain course is new in this university, I don't know how the placements will go for this course. But the current placements of the CSE branch are very good. Students are getting 50 Lacs+ packages. The university is improving every year and doing great in the placement field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classes are fully aerated, and each subject has its own lab. There is plenty of greenery on the campus. The college has banned all network bands in academic buildings so students cannot use mobile phones in class, which is a very good thing. If I talk about hostels, they are amazing. Mess food is better than any university. There are good gyms, tuck shops, and reading rooms. Everything you need is available in the hostel area itself.
Faculty: The teachers at Chandigarh University have a really helpful attitude. All the teachers are nice and do their best to make each and every student understand the topic. I think the curriculum is really great. They emphasize more on self-learning, which I find truly amazing. Semester examinations aren't difficult. If you pay attention in class only, you can pass the exams with a pretty decent score.
