It is a perfect place for advance learning and exposure.

Placements: Many companies including multinational brands and companies approach the university for offering internships and jobs to promising students. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Infosys, and many more companies elect students for their meritorious performance. The highest salary package offered yet is 35 LPA. Nearly 290 companies offer salary packages of more than 5 LPA. A great number of students get into internship programs and are placed at various full-fledged companies every year from almost all the courses.

Infrastructure: The entire university campus is divided into different blocks with each department having its building and having a well-operated infrastructure. Classrooms are well furnished along with projector facilities for a better learning experience for students. Every block provides good connectivity to the internet through an active Wi-Fi facility. Our department provides a well-organised mathematics lab for easy understanding of students. University has 14 libraries across various blocks and a central library. There are approximately 12,000 books, 25000 journals, and also provides over 86,0000 e-books. University also provides a hostel facility with well-furnished rooms. Every hostel has its mess which facilitates good quality food with complete hygiene. Other than the mess, the university premises offers many cafes and restaurants with exceptional hygiene and healthy food. Medical facilities are also an important part of university amenities. Students are encouraged to exhibit active participation in sports and games. Many achievements are marked in this field by students.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified and are very helpful to students. Their teaching methods generate interest in students and motivate them for learning. They help in building critical thinking in the students which provides them the ability to make their own decisions. Teachers are very determined towards their job and maintain an environment of happy learning in the classroom. The course curriculum is wisely set for the interactive learning of the students and enriches students with more and more capabilities to make them industry-ready. The exam pattern is developed in the manner that every student needs to work hard for achieving better performance in the exams which appreciates hard work and determination quality in the students.

Other: I chose the course because mathematics is of great interest to me, and I want to pursue my career in the same. The best thing I found about our course is that along with knowledgeable mathematics skills, I can also gather information about computer languages such as C+, Python, and many more as these are the compulsory subjects in our curriculum. We get a lot more opportunities to engage ourselves in many extracurricular activities which enhance communication skills and teach us basic ethics to deal with any situation and boost our confidence. The thing, I felt about our course which needs a little betterment is that a list of books should be provided to students so that it eases the learning process. Chandigarh University is well known for the fests and events conducted here. A large number of fests and events are introduced to the students which provide the opportunity to represent themselves and show-case their talent. Many cultural and literary competitions are organised which motivates students to introspect their hidden talents and qualities. A good crowd can be seen on the campus due to the reason that it provides better and advanced learning techniques. It provides good exposure. Campus premises is filled with lush green plants and trees. It also has good connectivity to Chandigarh city and nearby areas. University also provides scholarships to students depending upon their performance in scholarship tests and also based on their 12th class result.

Our college provides good education.

Placements: There are few placements in this course. Our university tries its best to provide all opportunities in different fields. The highest international salary package offered was 1.7 crore per annum, and the highest domestic package offered was 54.75 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. There are not many placement opportunities in our course but recruiting companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Google, HP, Hitachi, etc. This university provides internships in all fields and educational programs.

Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. All laboratories are decent. The library is very good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Each department has its library. Boy's hostel is available. The food served in the mess is better. Canteen is also available. Games are conducted in this college. There is a sports complex in the hostel.

Faculty: Many teachers are doctorates in their respective fields. All faculty members are helpful. They also motivate us in all aspects. Three exams are conducted every semester, including 2 MSTs and one EST. Students have to do assignments for every unit of the semester.

Other: Our campus life is great.
