Q: Β  Are NCERT books enough to cover CUET syllabus?
    A:

NTA has mentioned that CUET UG 2026 syllabus will adhere to NCERT syllabus. Hence, it can be assumed that the NCERT books are enough to cover the syllabus of the CUET UG exam. Candidates must note that, CUET exam tests students' understanding of the subject concepts and ability to apply them in various situations.

Therefore, to prepare well and get a good score, it is advised that students refer to other study materials and books designed for national-level competitive entrance exams. The CUET UG syllabus is similar with the Class 12 Board exam syllabus. The chapters and topics are similar to Class 12 syllabus. Unlike other UG entrance exams, CUET UG syllabus does not include Class 11 syllabus.

Placements: The placements in our college are 42 students. Placements are held by the ARISE placement cell. Based on the NIRF 2025 report, median packages are around 3.5 LPA. The placement rate was 45% from last year. The college also aims to provide placement to the students in companies like EY, Flipkart, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, with libraries and labs, and clean classrooms. Wi-fi is also provided by the college. The digital resources added value to the learning experience. College canteens are also a clean and healthy environment. Hostel facilities are not provided by our colleges.
Faculty: The course curriculum is fairly structured. They balanced practical or theoretical knowledge. They conduct exams and tests from time to time; exam difficulties are moderate to difficult. The marking scheme is transparent. Some subjects have an evaluation criterion.
Other: I am enrolled in the course Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics. This course provides practical or theoretical knowledge. All things are good, but a few more things are needed to improve. Many events are organized by our college, like: annual function as"Pallavi", trash to treasure hackathon, quiz competition, TEDx. Sports like kabaddi, basketball, etc.

The college life is pretty decent, so is the crowd. Overall, it is in a positive light.
Placements: The placement cell is decent. The college is thriving with young minds and brilliant ideas. Students from the second and third years are doing well. They are being taught skills and being given a chance to showcase those very skills. Overall, the placements are wonderful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty decent for the feels. Only the washrooms need improvement. Pad dispensers and sanitation are a must-have. Their absence screams the very need for necessities. Besides that, the canteen and everything else are pretty nice.
Faculty: The fee structure is very nice and affordable. The teachers are very supportive, and the environment is very inclusive. Teachers from well-qualified backgrounds teach with dedication and hard work, which is very visible. The semester exams are up to par with the expectations.
Other: The societies are very active, inclusive, and thriving. I am currently a part of three societies, and the skills I have learnt so far are commendable.

Good placements, great faculty, amazing atmosphere.
Placements: The placement opportunities are very good in the college. The placement cell and the college authority work in perfect coordination with various companies so that different kinds of opportunities are available. Their dedication has been very helpful for the success of the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college requires a lot of improvements. The current infrastructure is old and needs to be repaired as soon as possible in certain cases. Poor infrastructure can also lead to certain accidents. Although the college is very nice, its infrastructure needs a big improvement.

Good academics here, but it lacks placement.
Placements: I mean, the academics are great in our college, but placement isn't, and very few get placed, that too with low LPA. There is a nice job, Mela or something, for placements, and points on ships you have to do on your own, and sometimes they don't even give you a recommendation letter.
Infrastructure: We don't have a hostel. Infrastructure is okay, but not much space. The college canteen is okay as it changes from semester to semester, and the faculty and infrastructure are okay, but there is not much to explore. You know, sometimes you need not only to be stuck in subjects and studies. You need something to explore, but there aren't many areas, playgrounds, or anything.
Faculty: Teachers are good, and attendance is mandatory. They maintain a good standard and are very knowledgeable, as well as having good behavior. This semester, exams are moderate or hard, not easy. The subject I am in or the course I am in is related to the industry.
Other: The fest was okay, as there isn't much space for a crowd, but still, it's enjoyable.

Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi review.
Placements: Have heard that the placement cell provides good placements and internships but I have not experienced this as a first-year student. Some seniors say that there are good placements, but some do not agree. That is why I am rating it as average.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good these days as construction is going on in the college. Some rooms have good infrastructure, like AC rooms that work properly, but there are still some rooms where the infrastructure is not nice.
Faculty: I personally really like the faculty members. They are very educated, and the way of teaching is really nice and understandable. That is why the faculty and the curriculum are really nice. Exams have not been conducted yet, but they are scheduled since November for the 1st semester. Classes are being conducted on a regular basis, which is really helpful.
Other: There are many societies which are really active, which is a good part. About the fests, there is no space as the auditorium is under construction. So, as a first-year student, I don’t know where the fests will happen or if they will happen at all.
