ULSAT Application Form 2025 (OPEN): Registration Link, Fees, How to Apply

Before filling out the ULSAT application form, candidates need to understand the ULSAT eligibility criteria and modes of ULSAT application process. 

There are 3 modes via which candidates can apply for law admission in UPES, these are:

• ULSAT 2025
• CLAT / LSAT 2025 scores
• Board marks

To apply via any of these 3 modes, candidates must satisfy a few eligibility criteria as given below.

Criteria 1 – On basis of ULSAT entrance exam

• Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
• For LLM - Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50%marks in Graduation with LLB Degree or equivalent.

Criteria 2 – On basis of CLAT/LSAT India scores

For BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons) / BCom LLB (Hons) - 

• 50% Marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th)
• CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000 / L-SAT India Percentile of 60 percentile or above.

For BTech LLB (Hons) -

• 50% marks in class 10 and 12 PCM.
• CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000 / LSAT India score of 60 percentile or above.

For LLM - 

• Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50%marks in Graduation with LLB Degree or equivalent.
• Valid CLAT PG rank

Criteria 3 – On basis of Class 12th merit

For BA LLB (Hons) / BBA LLB (Hons) / BCom LLB (Hons) -

• 80% marks in 10th and 12th main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory Subjects).

For BTech LLB (Hons) - 

• 70% marks in 10th, 12th and 12th PCM.

Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to fill out and submit ULSAT application: 

Points to remember:

• After applying for ULSAT, candidates must keep a regular eye on the registered mobile number and email id. UPES sends details of the further process like ULSAT slot booking and admit card release via the same medium.
• Applicants who apply via board exam marks / CLAT / LSAT 2024 marks, have to submit their scores to participate in their selection process. The link for submission of required details will be available on the UPES website after the declaration of results for each round of CLAT / LSAT / board exams.
• One applicant can fill out one application form for either of the admission pathways. However, University will provide the opportunity for students to take admission through either of the pathways.
• Applicants can “EDIT” the application form at their student portal through their user id & password.

The ULSAT application process can be completed online with the help of the steps given below.

• Visit the official website of UPES Law and click on the ‘Apply Now’ link.
• On the 'personal details page,' enter the required details like name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, course, etc.
• Verify the mobile number by entering the OTP.
• After that, note the application number and password generated and sent in the registered mobile number and email id.
• Pay the application fee using any of the payment modes available.
• Enter the details asked related to academics like class 10, 12 / CLAT / LSAT scores, etc.
• Complete the online form by filling in a few more details.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready to fill out the application form.

• Marksheet of Class 10th and 12th
• Class 10th Certificate
• CLAT scorecard/ LSAT India scorecard
• Valid email ID
• Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking details for online transaction
• Scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications
