CBSE 10th Result 2024 Passing Marks Criteria
In order to qualify CBSE 10th Board Exam 2024, students must obtain a grade higher than E in all 5 subjects. The passing mark for each subject is 33 per cent. CBSE Board will follow the 9-point grading system to award a certain grade in CBSE high school result 2024:

How to calculate CGPA of CBSE Class 10 Result 2024?
Step 1: Add your grade points of the main five subjects
Step 2: Now, divide it by 5
For example, if your grade points for the five main subjects are: 9, 8, 9, 9 and 7, then
CBSE is expected to release the CBSE Class 12 result 2026 in the first week of May 2026 on the official website- cbse.gov.in. Phase 1 result of CBSE Class 10 exam 2026 shall be out in April 2026 while CBSE exam Class 10 result 2026 for Phase 2 will be released in June 2026.
Students can check their CBSE Result 2026 using their admit card roll no, DOB, the center, and school number. Students can also check their CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2026 through SMS, Call or IVRS, UMANG App and DigiLocker. The passing criteria for CBSE board exams state that a student must secure an overall 33% (including internal assessment and Board examination) in all the subjects.

- In order to convert overall CGPA into the percentage, multiply CGPA with 9.5.
- For example, When CGPA is 8.4, it should be multiplied by 9.5,
- Thus, 8.4 x 9.5 = 79.80%

IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) is rolled out by CBSE so that students can get their 10th board result through a call by dialling the number- 24300699. Students can apply for CBSE result 2025 revaluation at Rs 100 per question. The application for revaluation will be held in June 2025. Students can apply online on the official website- cbse.nic.in.
