Provided below are few preparation tips and tricks which a student can follow to ace the AP Inter Exam 2026

Prepare a study plan

Check the whole AP Class 12 syllabus thoroughly in advance and prepare a detailed study plan at the beginning of the session. The important part is to make a comprehensive study plan. The study plan should include reading the basic study material. Also, go through additional reference books to gain detailed knowledge on the subject. 

Also, based on your understanding of the relevant subject, you should decide whether you need additional tutorials or help to perform better in examinations. Closer to the exam, keep practising vigorously again and again.

Solve previous years’ question papers

One of the best ways to analyse one’s preparation is to solve the past 10-year BIEAP question papers of each subject. One should solve it as directed and within the allotted time. Practising helps in knowing the strengths and weaknesses.

Know the exam pattern

Students should understand the BIEAP exam pattern. It will help them to know about marking scheme, and weightage of marks.

Maintain your speed and accuracy

 Maintaining the speed from starting is very important. However, make sure you do not compromise on the accuracy. Generally, students take high pressure to complete it in time but in turn, commits several mistakes. Such silly mistakes should be avoided and be focused while writing the answers.

Self-studying

It is highly recommended that you dedicate sufficient time for self-studies. Include enough time to look through the exam topics and study it by yourself at your own pace.

Revision

Once you have understood the concepts, studied all the subjects thoroughly and solved the sample and previous years’ question papers, you need to revise everything. Revision is as important as studying for the exams. You may have missed out on learning a concept that you realise while revising. So, revising ensures you are double-checking everything that you studied. Also, you remember everything much better once you have gone through it more than once.

Following are the instructions released by BIEAP in the AP Inter Exam Instructions pdf:

• Students are required to check all the details mentioned on their BIEAP Hall Ticket 2026 carefully. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate is advised to contact their respective college.
• No candidate will be allowed to sit for AP Inter Exam 2027 without BIEAP Hall Ticket 2026.
• Students should reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the exam and occupy their seat 15 minutes before examination. No student will be permitted to enter the exam hall after 9 AM.
• Read the instructions printed on the answer sheet and fill in the required details accurate.
• Any tampering of the answer sheet will be treated as malpractice and the exam of the candidate will be cancelled.
• Strict silence to be maintained inside the AP Inter exam hall.
• Ensure that students get correct question paper from the invigilator. Failure to this will not give any consession to thim/her later.
• Only 24 page stitched answersheet will be given to the candidates. No additional sheet will be given to the student.
• No paper, any kind of written material, electronics, mobile phone, calculators are allowed in the exam hall.
• Students can appear for the AP Inter examination in their allotted exam centre only.

 AP Inter Syllabus 2026

The State Board releases the AP Inter Syllabus on its official website. Students must visit the official BIEAP website to download the BIEAP Syllabus subject-wise. The examinations are conducted for a total of 3 hours and 100 marks/75 marks depending on the subjects.
