Q&A Icon
Commonly asked questions
Q:   Will the pre board examinations marks be considered in the Class 12 board examinations?
A:

No, the pre board exam marks will not be considered in the Class 12 Board examination marks. Pre-Board or model exams are conducted to make students familiar with the board exam. This will help students to understand the pattern of exam, time management etc. It also help them to know how well they are prepared for the Class 12 Board examination.

Q:   If a student fails in pre-board exam, does that mean one cannot appear in the Class 12 Board examination?
A:

Even if a student fails in pre board exam, he or she can appear for the Class 12 board exam. Model exams help students to know how well they are prepared for the Board exam. A student cannot be detained from appearing in the Class 12 Board exam, if failed in pre board exam. Hence students need not worry, if they fail in pre board. They are advised to prepare well within the remaining time and appear for the board exam.

Q:   Can we attempt both questions, if a choice is given to attempt any one of the questions in the Class 12 board exam?
A:

The students are advised to follow the instructions given in the question paper. Attempting both the options will take away much of the time. They must read both questions carefully and attempt the question which they know the most.
