
Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has decided to continue with the two term split for the current academic year 2022-23 also. The Term 1 exams will be conducted in November. The second term exams will be conducted in April.

There is no provision for conducting the Goa HSSC exam twice in a year. Goa 12th board Exam is conducted once in a year. Goa 12th exam is held in the month of Feb/March. The board conducts supplementary exam in June/July for those who did not clear the Goa HSSC board exam.

Goa HSSC board does not sent any individual notification regarding the declaration of the Goa 12th result. Students need to keep a track of the same online. Once announced, the Goa HSSC results can be checked by logging with the required credentials.

Goa HSSC board conducts the Goa 12th board exam only once in a year. It is held in the month of Feb/March. The board then conducts the supplementary exam in June/July for those who do not clear the Goa 12th board exam.

Schools will distribute the Goa HSSC mark list after the results. Students have to collect their Goa 12th marklist from their schools. They can start applying for degree courses, professional courses etc. after Goa HSSC result 2026. Those who fail, can appear for supplementary exam.

It is considered that Goa 12th exam is an easy exam. In 2025, the pass percentage was 90.64%. Hence it is an easy exam as compared to other 12th board exams. With proper revison, students can easily clear the Goa HSSC exam.

A score above 90 % is considered as an outstanding score in Goa HSSC exam. Total score above 80% is good to get into reputed colleges for higher studies. A score between 70 to 80 percentage is also not bad.

Goa board do not release toppers list after the Goa 12th result 2026. Any score more than 90% is considered as excellent in the Goa 12th result.

80% score in Goa HSSC exam is considered as a good mark to get into reputed colleges. Students can apply for merit seat for degree courses in top colleges. Also they can apply for engineering through state level entrance for colleges accepting 12th marks.
